The food was average at best. This location has gone downhill FAST..! Placed an order for two rolls and it took them over an hour to get it ready. No apology, no comps, no nothing..! ! have eaten at this location in Ridgeland since it opened and was also a regular at the one in Gulfport... They were NOT BUSY..! The customer service is bad and atmosphere was dead..! No music or anything..!

The place looks new. I visited with my son while we were just passing through and ordered food to-go. Unfortunately, I found the sashimi pieces too thin; they resembled the slices typically used on top of sushi rather than the thicker, square pieces sashimi is known for. Additionally, the sushi rolls were so small that we had to order five rolls, as a single roll entrée wouldn't be enough to feed a toddler. On the positive side, the flavor was good. Thumbs or heart to help others

If I could give zero stars I would!! For is horrible, service is horrible!! It’s not like any other store on this chain. I have had food from multiple locations in multiple states and never have had this experience before. Save yourself the hassle and headache!! Food is horrible! People are rude! Place is empty! They made the food wrong and then refused to remake it or refund my money! New day criminals!!!! STAY AWAY!!! They are pure trash!

Called to place an order and needed to substitute something with tempura for something without tempura because my fiance has an allergy to gluten and the guys response on the phone was “we don’t do that here” and my response was you can’t substitute it with boiled shrimp and got the same response we don’t do that at this location , and I’ve had fantastic service from other rocknroll sushi’s and i eat sushi all the time.

Antonio was awesome ?? He is professional, funny and knowledgeable about the food menu at Rock-N-Roll. Very nice atmosphere, good music too! I had the VIP Roll ?

The service was great and the server antonio was exceptional. The sushi was amazing but my staple was the T.N.T Shrimp.

Tony, Alexis, Tiara and Ashley provided exceptional service. The food was fresh, presented nicely. The fried cheesecake, Oh how good. . The environment was wonderful. Thank you for showing me and my guest the southern hospitality
