We came here for our 2nd time this weekend. This time it was for our 6 year anniversary. We love it here. Lighting was just right. We like how the tables are blocked off from one another for privacy. Our waiter timed our food perfectly and the chef that cooked it all nailed it. It was absolutely delicious. Drinks from the bar are well crafted and not too strong. Only thing that could of been better is they new it was our anniversary and they didn’t really put anything on the table for that to make it special like I asked but maybe they just don’t do that. Idk. Overall tho we were very pleased and we can’t wait to come back.
I used to love going to dinner where people were dressed appropriately. Life has changed, I guess. I'm sure everyone's money spends the same. Bluejeans in a nice restaurant is just a no go for me as well as tennis shoes. Our server however was the nicest young man. I believe we were seated by an underage young lady? Maybe 12 or so. It was awkward. She did have an older person with her but just unusual. The food was good, not as good as I remember but maybe just an off night. The front desk area needs a better plan. There was a wait because the guy was on the phone and he had the reservation book. A hand held pad would help with these situations and your customers wouldn't have to wait.

Love the waiter Erin, very nice and always quick with getting us served. Haven't had anything on the menu that I have not liked. Have been greeted very nicely at every arrival. Never have to wait to be seated.

My food was cold and I waited at the bar and people that came 15 minutes after me were served within 5 minutes while it took them longer to serve me. My appetizer was cold but I ate it because I waited so long

I didn’t get served until 22 minutes later after arriving. No greeting. No drink. People that came up after me at the bar (I was at the bar) were served within 5 minutes first before I was served a drink. They got their drink and appetizer before I did. My appetizer was fried crawlfish. It was not hot at all. My salad was okay. My main dish my Potatoes were hot, my green beans were cold, my fish was steaming hot which I appreciate and it was good. The fish honestly saved it from being a horrible review. But it was not the best experience. I came here because I don’t get out much being a single mom and got a big grant for my business and wanted to celebrate. This was not celebrated that way I wanted to due to poor service and food not being all that

Always wonderful. The food is delicious, service is always excellent. Even though it is known for its steaks, don't skip the fish there. It is equally as good.

Terrible service by Catherine! Food was average. Never even received a drink order from the waitress, the host had to get me a glass of wine. Special whole flounder was sold out by 6:30, or so she said, then when we were leaving 7 whole flounders were at 2 tables around us. Will not be back and eat out frequently.

Salad was average at best...seemed to be made much earlier and pulled from the cooler. Fried oysters (appetizer) was excellent! Redfish was good, and surprisingly, the fried shrimp as an add-on were average. Overall, oysters & bread were outstanding. Negroni was missing the orange and took over 10min to make (giving indication that it was an unfamiliar drink). Next table over ordered, and received, his old fashion very quickly. I'll go back, but will be more specific on some items. Waiter, Aaron, was excellent!

Excellent steak (filet medium rare) and grilled redfish with crab topping dinners today. The sides of mashed potatoes, green beans and French fries were also very good. The tamales were good, however we would prefer a little less cornmeal in them. Top notch service and ambience!! Highly recommended for a special celebratory dinner.
