Went to Shipley Donuts this morning, it was a great experience! Went inside, got 12 donuts and 2 salted caramel frappes. The work atmosphere was really efficient, on another level of service that you usually see. Will definitely come again!

I really love Shipley’s, but I can’t give it 4 stars due to experiences. I work early mornings and look forward to stopping in when they open for some fresh food. I’ve had too many instances when they didn’t have any kolaches ready when they opened. This is so unfortunate and hopefully can be addressed and corrected for us in the future.

Vegetarians - check your Kolache!! I placed an online order and added an Egg & cheese kolache which I’ve never had before. My husband ordered a bacon egg and cheese. On one you could see bacon so I gave him that one and took the other. Bit into it and it was full of sausage!!! The phone number on the receipt went to the owner, he was apologetic and offered to replace it but didn’t seem to understand why it was an issue. I explained I haven’t eaten meat in almost 15 years...
