The young lady who takes your order was rude and pushy. The server mentioned the attitude of the order person in relation to it being lunch hour.
Whatever the case, there needs to be someone else taking orders if she is going to be unpleasant.
Luckily, the young lady who brings out the food and the food itself was great.

Do not come to this place unless you want horrible service with a frown and a milkshake with stuff dribbling all down the side of it terrible place and service!
The car hop was absolutely rude. She came to my vehicle didnt say a word. Just handed drink inside window. Didn't see her i apologize for not seeing her. Then I said thank you she just walked off. No greeting no smile no thank u, no words at all. Looked like she was mad or having a bad day.

Awfully slow. Even when there aren’t many people. 08/14 at 1pm whoever was at the drive through was absolutely rude as could be. Definitely someone that needs to be put in back of house and not customer facing. Honestly it just seems to be the norm for all sonics in the metro Jackson area.

On Saturday August 3, 2024 approximately at 6-7pm, a male employee used my card in the drive-through window to pay for 2 separate orders. I didn’t realize until checking my bank account later. The meal that I ordered costed $16.29; however, another charge from sonic was posted for $22.66 just seconds before my $16.29 order.
Y’all hiring thieves now I guess? I know times are tough right now, but that doesn’t give anyone the right to steal. And I’m sure I’ll get some reply saying “sorry for the inconvenience.” I don’t want an empty corporate apology. Just do better.

I live in the town this sonic is located. It’s a dumpster fire. That’s why it’s absolutely the last choice when I’m trying to get something fast even tho they have the best menu of all the choices in this town. The service is absolutely horrible and I’m reminded of that every time I come. They left my red button blinking for 20 mins tonight before answering it and asking me to hold. Another 20 mins later and customers that came after me are placing orders as I’m left on hold. The whole place gives the impression of the last location in a large franchise that gets looked at for audits or supplies.
