Ordered a sausage breakfast toaster add bacon. This is not toasted whatsoever and the bacon is raw!!! Absolutely pathetic and I was the second customer there two minutes before opening. They were not busy at all, so there is no reason that they should not have actually taken their time and cook this food properly. I’ll definitely drive the a few extra minutes to the Sonic on 51 from now on.

Be careful--they made a simple lemonberry slush wrong and the manager tried to half-ass a resolution by sending out a cup of candy (something you get charged for btw). When I asked for the slushed to be remade, the manager REFUSED and I couldn't even get a refund. If this job stresses you out that bad, then maybe quit? Corporate handled my issue beautifully, though.

When you want extra Oreos make sure to always check.
I had a free small milk shake and added extra Oreos but it wasn’t extra Oreos at all more like Easy on the Oreos.
I spend $1.30 on the extras and it wasn’t. What a rip off.

I placed a mobile order 15mins before getting there. I still waited 40mins to get my food. I drive home only to find chill cheese tots vs the chili cheese coney I ordered. Slow is an understatement for this location. Maybe it's because they're unstaff or just poor scheduling.

Poor customer service. I will never ever return to this place. It took almost 30 minutes to get strawberry sundae & slushy… manager didn’t apologize or nothing. It was 5 ppl working

I was served the worst ever breakfast this morning. I stopped by and ordered both breakfast and lunch. I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese toaster and a large order of tots. The sandwich wasn’t toasted at all. It was two pieces of white bread. It was just cold and nasty, in general. I got a large box, but a small serving of tots. I ordered sweet tea and I immediately noticed that there were only like 6 ice cubes in it. I didn’t say anything to the carhop because it’s clear he has some challenges but he was really nice. When I drove down the road and sipped the sweet tea, it was CLEARLY something that was left over from yesterday. I almost puked when I tasted it. It was an aggravating waste of my money. I ate the large box (small serving) of tots for breakfast. I had to toss everything else.

I usually don’t write reviews, but my experiences at this Sonic have been consistently disappointing. The customer service here is atrocious—employees are often rude, unhelpful, and seem indifferent to providing a good experience. The food quality is equally terrible; items are frequently undercooked, stale, or just plain wrong. I’ve given this location multiple chances, but 90% of the time, I leave frustrated and unsatisfied.
