Everything looked/tasted old and stale. Fries were cold, pickle fries were soggy, corn dogs were cold and soft, frito wraps had about 6 Fritos with a tbsp of chili barely any cheese if any….but they did contain a piece of hair. ?I wouldn’t feed this food to my dog, it’s only worthy for the trash. $25 wasted.

The Man at the intercome was slow and couldn’t hear. He got our order wrong and we was charged twice for our other order what suppose to be together.. Also the Carhopper was on the phone when we asked a Question and looked so Annoyed.. this Is starting to not be my favorite sonic down the street anymore..My chili tater tot’s looked old and not full.

I ordered an ice cream dish and they filled half the cup. My fiance passed it to me after the waiter had already left so I didn't have a chance to protest and I didn't want to argue with anyone who thought that was acceptable anyway. I feel like I was stolen from and won't be back. It's unacceptable to only give half an order but charge full price.

Went there around 6.30 pm. Ordered #1 medium. Waited for 20 minutes - food never came out so I left. It was supposed to be "fast food", not "wait half an hour" food. The place wasn't even that busy when I was there - maybe 5 or 6 cars. I will never go there again.

Low haircut manager (Vanhelda McMan is what was given) on duty attitude is just as bad as the employee that I buzzed in to complain about… she stated that she’s short staffed as well as all the other companies around here. I’m at SONIC, I don’t care about what others have going on I’m complaining about y’all!! She felt like it was rude for me to honk my horn at her employee who was just standing in the doorway w/the food I was waiting 15mins for.. mind you, when initially placing the order I was placed on hold (mic still on) as she complained about going home and just leaving work.. want someone to be nice to them but can’t even be professional.. Gluckstadt Sonic short staffed too and still get orders out in a timely manner so, I don’t wanna hear it !! Burger patty was old so I requested for it to be remade she refused because she said it was grilled. Did issue refund though.

Came her for a chocolate shake extra chocolate no whip cream . Let's just say all the extra chocolate was on the outside of cup and was not presentable at all. I ask for a refund
