The problem persists. The coffees are made, and obviously the barista can't see the amount of ingredients, which is why it tastes so plain. When the customer gets used to drinking their coffee the way they like it, they obviously realize it doesn't taste the same.

The drive through takes 12 minutes per car and no one ever answers the phone. The response when questioned about it was rude and dismissive.

Rude customer service. Customer service has been horrible since Covid. I called to try and speak with a manager, but the phone just continued to rang. My money is not easy to come by so I can't spend it anywhere if you have nasty people with attitude working Train your staff or fire them!!

My order was overlooked! When I asked about my order one staff member brushed me off and went on about her day like I wasn’t standing there… decided to ask another staff member her response was okay I will make it now… no apology or anything… both were very unprofessional. My order was made incorrectly after all of that! Maybe they were having a rough morning, but no excuse… poor service is unacceptable! This place was so chaotic and unorganized. Hopefully they will get it together real soon. If there was option to leave 0 stars I definitely would!

This is the worst Starbucks in Starbucks history!!! We waited for 20 minutes and walked out without our drink because they were laughing and cutting up behind the counter and not feeling orders. I will be going to seven brew from now on.!!!!

Rhyja needs some customer service classes with the way she spoke to myself and a friend. She spoke to us like we were children after she was the one who made a mistake with my drink. Will not be coming back until the employees have some respect for paying customers.

I gave this Starbucks a try twice this week while here on business, absolute worst Starbucks in the country. I travel for work and am in Starbucks every morning. 7 days a week. There very rude and service is slow. Make the drive and go elsewhere.

You Wish You Knew

I've never had a bad experience at this location until today 🙃 I was looking for my drink because it was placed as an in-store pickup... after waiting 15 minutes, I'm like, okay, they must have forgotten it or someone took it. The guy with the durag on today handed it to me after I politely asked if it was made yet... he was incredibly rude for no reason when all I did was kindly ask where my drink was and showed him the order. He rolled his eyes at me. I think he was kind of being rude on purpose... you make more than most baristas in Mississippi do... smile a little and be grateful. You're too entitled, sir. If this job is too much, then go cry about it somewhere else where you don't have to deal with people.

Whoever the man was that was on headset this morning was incredibly rude. I work in coffee as well, and I understand that after a full/busy morning of difficult orders, you aren’t exactly in the best mood. But if you don’t feel like you have the capacity to be decent to a customer ordering, let someone else grab the headset. It isn’t necessary to be unkind. The girl at the drive thru window was very sweet.

I used to use this Starbucks outlet on my way to office almost like everyday. But now they have screded up my drink. I normally used to have Matcha Chai Latte but not it is really bad, Powder chunks are in ur mouth and they sont mix it properly also no seetner ( Not even a bit) . I complain about it to Manager after they screded up drink multiple times and even then the drink was bad. Paying $5 for the drink is totally worthless. We need an another alternative for Starbuck in North Jackson Area.
