Too many people on their phones not taking care of customers actually got the wrong coffee drink but I was already five miles down the highway before I realized it. So sad $8 for a cup of coffee come on and it's not even right. Scooters has way better service better coffee and just better

Usually don’t post but this mornings service requires a post. I pulled up to the window sat while the cashier texted. Had to blow the horn to get service. She gave me my coffee which was spilling all over the side. I asked her to clean the cup. She gave a hand full of napkins and said, “I’m not cleaning it from your hand” Didn’t ask her to clean my hand. But I wouldn’t have coffee on my hand if she exercised a modicum of care I wouldn’t have coffee on my hand!

I come a few times a week, one trip they are out of all sweet and whipped cream that’s fine I come the next time and they are out of 3 different syrups.

Drive through was bad today. Got my order wrong twice! Wait was long just for a vanilla bean. Asked for no whip. Order had whip and Carmel. They slid the whip off and added the Carmel to the vanilla bean which I did not ask for.
