The food is amazing and the staff seem friendly. I wish the healthy bowl came with rice or noodle. It definitely feels like something is missing from the meal.

Horrible customer service. I ordered myself a large and my family a regular. When we got our food I notice all the sandwiches were all the same size so I went and told them I order a large , the workers there said yes that is a large so I said well show me what the regular looks like. It was the same exact size. Unbelievable. They did nothing to correct it except say that's just the way the bread comes. That's like going to subway and they have a 6 inch but because they call it a large they charge 4 dollars more but its still a 6 inch. Steak escape is a ripoff trying to sell large sandwiches but they are really just regular. $70 dollars down the drain.

Food was good. The customer service was something to be desired. No " Can I help you?" , " have a nice day" " thank you" even after I said " Thank you not once but twice....once after ordering and once after receiving my food. I ordered a tea, the gentleman said " we outta tea". Well ok are you out? are you making more? I mean what does out mean? Just no care at all. Customer service skills definitely needs work.

I was disappointed in the cheesesteak fries. The price is too high for what I received. There was very little cheesesteak and onions, primarily fries. I gave two stars because the employees were very friendly.

This is the best steak escape in the area. The service is fast & the cooks are especially good. My husband and I eat a lot of drive thru food, but will go out of our way to come in the mall & eat here versus going to one of the other steak escapes.
Absolutely a disorganized mess. Slow slow slow. If you are planning on a quick bite to eat while shopping I wouldn't eat here.

Had chicken strips and a hamburger sub. Friendly service and decent fast food. Chicken was particularly good- crispy outside and flavorful, moist breast meat. Sub was wimpy in my opinion and I would have picked something else next time- check out my picture
