Has to be the biggest offender of skimping on toppings. Gave me a pinch of iceberg lettuce. I’m shocked at how little they put of each topping, even after asking for more. Horrible. Will not be back.

We just came to this location.. my wife went in and ordered 1 foot long on flatbread, regular meat add pepperoni, a drink, and 2 cookies (combo) and they tried to charge her $30 ?.. She pointed out that the price could not possibly have been right and the cashier looked annoyed that she caught what they tried to do.. they rerang it and it came out to be close to $17.. just be careful when ordering here cuz they just tried to dang near double charge for a foot long combo.. Could it have been a simple mistake? Ofc but why look like you're inconvenienced or like you got caught trying to rook somebody? Just hella suspicious. Be careful ordering from here. Check your receipts!!

I ordered a chicken breast sandwich and the female employee starts dicing the chicken breast and cut her hand, which bled on the chicken. The female Indian owner and husband saw this and jumped in to finish cutting the meat. The husband had his poker face on like he didn't see anything and his wife all of a sudden became very talkative. I knew something was up. She put that bloody chicken meat on my sandwich! Indians don't believe in throwing anything away and they also will get you very little and charge a lot. I will never eat at a restaurant ran and owned by Indians because they are nasty. If your food hits the floor, they will still serve it to you. Disgusting! Please don't eat here, nasty people if any food hits the floor they picked it up and serve it to you!

I WAS a regular customer at this location until today (8/12/23). I placed an online order like I usually do anytime I come. I went inside to pick up my order and I noticed the Indian lady was waiting for me to insert my debit card. I told her it was an online order and she just kept repeating “sorry, I don’t have an online order”. I showed her my email receipt for the order and ALSO my bank account so she could see the money was taken from my account. She still proceeded to say “your order isn’t on my screen..I don’t have it”. I showed her the email receipt again so she could see I placed my order at that location but she kept saying “no, no”. Then she told me I could look at her screen to see for myself that she didn’t have my order. I looked at the screen, I pressed “incoming orders” and guess whose order comes up???? MINE!!! She’s been working at this location for as long as I’ve been coming there so I know she knew she should have pressed the “incoming orders” button. I don’t work there and I had enough sense to press the button. I don’t know if she thought I was trying to steal but as a regular customer, seriously?? I am very disappointed and will not return! The Indian man is MUCH nicer than she is but unfortunately he wasn’t there today.

new menu is a much needed improvement to there old one, but that price tag definitely reflects in it. one day i got the combo and it was an additional about 3.50 and a couple days later added just a bottle of coke, and that was about 2.30, which in my humble opinion is FAR too much for a bottle. suggest getting your drink elsewhere. chips too if you're so inclined. the new garlic aioli and new MVP vinaigrette slap though!!
Vegetarian options: veggies lol much better than the last time i went to subway a couple years ago.
