This place is a joke..Don't order nachos because they will barely give u enough meat or chips for a footlong as advertised. I hate that this location has come to this type of service.

This is a very clean store; management is attentive and friendly. However, if you received Subway coupons in the mail, THIS LOCATION DOES NOT ACCEPT THEM (mail coupons). This store is menu pricing only, in fact, as many other Subway locations here in Ridgeland, Mississippi.

This place is a joke. The employee barely speak english. I had to tell them my name for my mobile order 10 times before she gave me the wrong person's order. I came back in and they kept trying to give me an order for someone whose name wasn't even similar to mine. I asked for dressing and the "manager" was absolutely rude. The place was a mess with the old drink machine sitting on the floor in the dining area. Will not be back.

Don’t use the mobile ordering here. Placed an order through the app, get here and they say no sir no sub and were very disrespectful the entire time. Refused to give me corporate number.

I placed a mobile order online @4:50 feb 16,2025 went in the lady said they ain have it but the money took off my card she gets rude and smart with me and my gf and laughs in our face then wouldn’t give us corporate number plus the other people bread was burnt

I do not reccomend wasting your time and money at the Ridgeland location on Lake Harbor drive. Choose a different location without a doubt. Ridiculous. I hadn't tried it since the last time I ordered a sandwhich, for the exact same reason I am posting a review about today. I thought perhaps they had gotten better since it's been some time, but actually they have gotten worse. This location is the most stingy when it comes to ingredients that I ever seen and when you ask for more, you need to ask three + times just to get a few more pieces of spinach or green peppers, whatever your adding. The meat was nearly non existent. It was so little that it didn't even extend the length of the bread when she spread it out. I had order rotisserie chicken to get some good protein today and barely got any meat at all. I couldn't even taste it.

I think I'm done, sorry subway. Blocking my view of adding meat, more cheese less meat, it is now worth me making a simple sandwich at home. Staff was efficient and enthusiastic, just the product isn't tasty enough anymore.

They have the same ingredients at all the other subways but this one just does it better. Friendly staff, fresh produce (we all love fresh produce), and they aren’t stingy with the veggies or meat.

The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because no one ever reads those.

We all love Subway, so let me tell you about my service. Ya'll....one employee opened the door for us as we came in. Then, the younger man behind the counter was so joyful and happy. I was feeling tired and hangry when we walked in, but his vibe was just contagious!! As we ate our meal and watched the goings on in the store, every customer got that same great service and left smiling. So sweet and all while doing his job like a pro. My sandwich was spot on and the bread FRESH!! YUMMY. But, I just wanted to give a big shout-out for this employee, and then I went and forgot his name....sigh, getting old sucks! I wrote corporate anyway and mentioned the hour we were there and his description. I think people like him deserve a promotion or something for his unwavering positive outlook on life. He just shined. I mean....his happiness was so bright me and my uncle left feeling happier. I can't explain it, but He truly did shine bright like a diamond. I've only met a handful of people with that type of energy. He needs to be a life coach....lol. Anyway, the food was excellent... Everything was fresh, the veggies cut precisely, the sauce bottles were spotless, and the store was extremely clean and neat. Not a single piece of food on the floor behind the counter... that kind of clean. It's by where the old pizza world used to be on old Canton road....in the right corner. I'll definitely go back.

Went into restaurant with coupons that was mailed to house and they said they don’t honor coupons? Still bought the food tho. Doing an inflation I think they should want to help their customers out… it makes your customers want to return. So I will not.

I came in tonight to by me and my kids a subway like I usually do and I was told I could not buy no more then 4. I have 4 kids plus myself so I couldn’t buy food for all of us. I will never spend another dollar with subway with them not allowing me to feed my whole family.
