We all love Subway, so let me tell you about my service. Ya'll....one employee opened the door for us as we came in. Then, the younger man behind the counter was so joyful and happy. I was feeling tired and hangry when we walked in, but his vibe was just contagious!! As we ate our meal and watched the goings on in the store, every customer got that same great service and left smiling. So sweet and all while doing his job like a pro. My sandwich was spot on and the bread FRESH!! YUMMY. But, I just wanted to give a big shout-out for this employee, and then I went and forgot his name....sigh, getting old sucks! I wrote corporate anyway and mentioned the hour we were there and his description. I think people like him deserve a promotion or something for his unwavering positive outlook on life. He just shined. I mean....his happiness was so bright me and my uncle left feeling happier. I can't explain it, but He truly did shine bright like a diamond. I've only met a handful of people with that type of energy. He needs to be a life coach....lol. Anyway, the food was excellent... Everything was fresh, the veggies cut precisely, the sauce bottles were spotless, and the store was extremely clean and neat. Not a single piece of food on the floor behind the counter... that kind of clean. It's by where the old pizza world used to be on old Canton road....in the right corner. I'll definitely go back.Parking: 60 spots with several disabled parking areas up front.

Went into restaurant with coupons that was mailed to house and they said they don’t honor coupons? Still bought the food tho. Doing an inflation I think they should want to help their customers out… it makes your customers want to return. So I will not.

I came in tonight to by me and my kids a subway like I usually do and I was told I could not buy no more then 4. I have 4 kids plus myself so I couldn’t buy food for all of us. I will never spend another dollar with subway with them not allowing me to feed my whole family.

Two orders in a row of two sandwiches that I paid for "50 % more". All four sandwiches had very little meat on them. Does Subway really need to hose their customers like this? Maybe some large-scale boycotts will convince these places that we're tired of getting ripped off.

Very clean, Fresh Food, Great Customer Service, Especially with “Chloe” working she’s very nice and has wonderful customer serious. Meme is very sweet and has wonderful customer service also!!! 12/10 recommend!!!

The sandwiches are always good. My kids love the place, especially during track season. This is a quick stop for them. It's always clean, the staff is always friendly, and if they don't eat the entire sandwich, they save the rest for the next day.Vegetarian options: They have veggie pizza, sandwiches, and salads. I love their veggie pizza.

Pretty Black

The black guy with the 1970s bifocals is tremendously rude. He scoops the food with his hands without using the proper utensils and if he ever works a night shift, they shut down at 9:30 when the hours says 10pm. I don’t understand, why apply for a job you don’t want to work and always have a nasty attitude. Customer service definitely goes out the window and company policy whenever he works. If you see him turn around and save your money and time!!!! The bifocals causes him to forget customers are the reason why he take a check home!!!!

I went there at 3:15 pm on 12/19/22. There was only one worker that smiled and she only smiled half of the time. They charged us for medium drinks and gave us small drinks because they were out of medium cups.Another thing, if you don’t want food poisoning, don’t order the chicken. I don’t know how long the chicken had been sitting there but I got it anyways because I was hungry. The sand which was good, the workers were good at making the sand which but about 4 hours later I started throwing up and have thrown up multiple times after that.. I do not suggest ordering the chicken for your sandwich.My experience was not the best. If the workers do not like their job or at least fake liking their job and fake having good customer service I suggest they find another job. Every time I said something they looked at me like I was crazy.In conclusion, depressed workers, expired chicken, and I didn’t get the drinks they I paid for.

Went in for a meatball sub because my 8 year old granddaughter wanted one so much.Was rudely told they are "out of meatballs". We were sent away being told there's another Subway a few miles away.
