The customer service was horrible! I asked for my seasoned fries to be fresh, the drive thru clerk said “we don’t drop them fresh, they are cold.. well they are warm” how do you know they are warm. Because you touched them or know how long they have already been sitting underneath the heat light! I have a right to have hot food from a FAST FOOD RESTAURANT .. when I’m spending my money for it! Why are workers even telling customers “we don’t drop fresh fries” that’s literally telling us to take what y’all have or leave it in whatever condition or quality they prefer to make it in, as if the food PERSONALLY belongs to them! Sounds like someone is LAZY AND NEED TO CLOCK OUT for the rest of their shift if they are not willing to do their job. I use to be a manager at fast food restaurant you have to have Good judgment when making fries, so you WONT HAVE ALOT OF WASTE! Cause if you are saying this to customers because you are TIRED, then you just upset you are on Fry Duty and/or DONT WANT TO WORK! And that’s a waste of company revenue to be paying you off of!
Now I got back into the drive thru, to report the issue and get a remake of the cold fries they gave me. Courtesy of not holding up their drive thru line or driving up their drive thru time. And I was giving the wrong size fries this time. So instead I came inside and just asked for a full refund from the manager. He specifically tells me “yeah we don’t drop them fresh!” And the worker that literally just clocked in before I initially received my order (the first time) was working the drive thru and the front counter was directed to give me a refund, instead of the manager, when she was already running two areas by herself!
Giving her grace from doing extra work, which she did politely asked if she can just remake it for me, I allowed her to make me some fresh fries, the correct size, as the second time through the drive thru.. they gave me the wrong size. She de-escalated the issue which the manager was suppose to possess the skills to do! I spent 45 minutes there just to get fresh fries! And I only ordered three items!
Shoutout to the young lady who kept her composure and and provided good service to me in her work situation that could very much convinced anyone to want to quit or complain, and resolving my issue which I was on the brink of having a horrible attitude about. She DID GREAT! I wish I had got her name.
After making to home, I discover my grilled cheese chicken burrito wasn’t even made right! It was made like a 3 cheese chicken flatbread, which is one of the items I already ordered!! Pissed ! Never been so dissatisfied and disappointed!
I normally send my complaints directly to Taco Bell via their app, or website, but I didn’t receive a receipt, and the app required my order number to submit it, and it didn’t show my order number under my recent orders.
Doesn’t take door dashers into consideration. Took me thirty minutes to get someone’s food, I’m making money just like them so intentionally knowing people are waiting for that amount of time with a small drive thru line and only about 5 people inside is crazy.

My worst experience with Taco Bell EVER. It was almost comically bad. First off after waiting in a long line when in the drive-thru when we get to the speaker. The girl on the speaker very rudely tell us she can't serve us because the last shift didn't do what they were suppose to do so we can wait in the parking lot for 30 minutes but we can't wait in her drive thru. So we wait then get back in line when the order is placed she forgot to add something I asked for and instead of just adding it she says she can't add it at the drive thru window and I have to take it as is.
When I got home the food that I did get was cold & lacking ingredients so I was very confused what exactly the big wait was for?? The whole experience left me extremely pissed not sure if I'll ever bother with this particular Taco Bell again not only was it the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to but it was truly the WORST costumer service I've ever experienced in my life.

Open later than anyone else in town! I actually thought I was rating a different Taco Bell than the one on East county line but the rating stays the same..
Definitely the last call option of decent food that's available- it was probably 3:00 a.m. when I went through the drive-thru and there was a line of about 12 people in front of me and before I even got to the squawk box I had already placed and paid for my order through the app. I believe there was only two people working at that time, that I saw at least, but they were
hustling and Even with about 10/11 vehicles ahead of me,with no telling how many orders, it was less than 15 minutes till I had my food and it was awesome! The review is asking several questions about the inside of the store, which I have never seen. But I'm getting to the point where I know the drive-thru quite well and it is always above reproach!

Took 40 minutes to get tacos. Only people on the whole resturaunt. No one in the drive threw. Ridiculous. The staff couldn’t be bothered to even come back to the front when we waited there. A roofing crew came in after us. They are still waiting 35 minutes later.
