Server was really nice but the food was way over priced and not worth it

I had the porkchop, my wife, the shrimp. Both are very tasty. You will not go wrong on these choices. Have them butterfly the porkchop for you. To me, it makes it better.

Amazing food. Fantastic service.

Delicious libations and food. I ordered the Salmon and baked potato. Both were seasoned well and cooked to perfection. Service and food were both good. Definitely recommend if you are in the Jackson area.

We celebrated Mother's Day a day early at Tico's with one of our sons & his girlfriend. My wife ordered the grilled red snapper with a delicious crab meat cream sauce and creamed spinach that was amazing! The three of us ordered steaks that were cooked to perfection! We have never been disappointed with our dining experience at Tico's.

We enjoyed our 46th Anniversary dinner here. The food was outstanding, as always and the service was excellent!

Tico's?? Are you ok?? After going to Tico's for 30 years, I am so disappointed. This was not a normal Tico's night. There was no signature sizzle when the steaks came out ... the plates were not hot, they were not even warm. 3 of the 4 steaks themselves were not even warm. The New York Strip was bone-in. This was a shock. Granted, I did not look at the menu as I always order the same thing and maybe they did change their cut for a New York Strip. It just was not the same. Additionally, on a Saturday at 7PM there were only a handful of tables with customers. I will say, the cocktails were superb! Our favorite side dishes were spot on, but when a $50-$60 steak is lukewarm, it just takes it all down.

By far the best steak in the state! 10/10

Not enough stars too describe this place.

The steak, ribeye, was excellent, pricey but worth every bite. I was less convinced by the fries.
Got to taste the blueberry cheese cake, great.
Very friendly waitress.

Our server had way too many tables. Felt bad for her. She tried her best but unfortunately could keep up.

The veiw is amazing we sat by the fireplace it was as romantic as you can publicly get our waitress was the sweetest little lady you ever wanted to see the food was cooked perfectly my wife even bragged on how perfectly her steak was cooked cause we go so many places that just can't get it right the food is a little pricey so it's not just a every day eatery but if you got someone special you want to show top tier eating or any occasion for you and your mate this is the one

At first we were sat at a table that should have only been for kids, only to find out that it was brought from Tico's home to be used for over flow. It was obvious it was an end table from its height. After moving and sat at an adult table we ordered our appetizer, I will only say it should have been cooked a little longer. Once we ordered our meal, only listed at market price, it took almost an hour to be served. We had hoped our salads would have came out before the meal, or at least some bread. Meal arrived with salads and we had to request bread. Steak was undercooked, we ordered medium rare and received rare. Lobster was over cooked and rubbery. I would think this should have been cooked to perfection when paying $155 for each plate. Can not recommend and will not be going back.
