I ordered meatloaf with rice and gravy and mac and cheese. The portion sizes were huge! The food was quite delicious! I had never been to The Trace Grill before, but I will certainly go again!!!

Large plate of great food with drink and a tip for under $20.
The special of the day was chicken fried chicken so I got that with three sides, mashed potatoes, turnip greens, and French fries. I'm not sure where I put all that food but I ate just about all of it (less a few fries) and the cornbread.
Took a little bit to get our food because they were very busy, but given the crowd, it was very reasonable.
Will definitely try them again the next time I'm up this way.

My apologies for not providing a 5 star review for any of the many times I've eaten there. Yesterday at noon the cornbread was cold and the usual flavor in the lima and green beans was missing as well as the cabbage. The lima beans could've spent a little more time in the pot. Had it been my first visit I would not return. I will be back at least once more because I know how great they usually are.
