2 young women working. It was slow service. I received my water and pretzel. The pretzel was not cooked thoroughly. I took it back almost immediately, and she told me people preferred them soft. I told her that people did not prefer a raw pretzel. She offered me a hot dog or to put my pretzel back in the oven. I just told her to throw it away. She did not offer a refund.

I ate here last week when shopping and everything was fine BUT TODAY I WENT BACK AND THERE WAS A 2 INCH COCKROACH ON THE WALL!! I was next in line and I almost ordered!!! I’m traumatized and to make matters worse, when the employee saw the look on my face, he noticed what I was looking at and proceeded to SLAP THE ROACH OFF THE WALL WITH AN OVEN MITT. I just pray that roach wasn’t there when I came last week ???

This was my first time trying this place…and I was trying to look at menu to see what they had and the lady walked up to me and said hey how you doing what can I get for you and I said gimmie just a min I’m looking and the other man there proceeds to say look in the Window to see what I got and atp I felt rushed to order because I was trying to see the prices and stuff because I never been there and so the man have me my total and I’m pulling the money outta my wallet he mumbles something but I don’t know what it was but he was extremely rude

I love Twisted Pretzels. They are always freshly backed, the dips are really good with the pretzel, and the service is great. My favorite pretzel is the pepperoni twist with butter and marinara sauce. I go almost once a week just for the pretzels.

I got the almond crunch pretzel, the person didn't even butter it before putting the toppings on... It didn't stick and all my toppings fell off. Even though my toppings fell off I still enjoyed their pretzel.
