The worst Waffle house in the jackson area. Went in and waited for 30min and no service, the employees just stood around talking, finally when we decided to get up and go, they wanted to come to the table. Do not go there...

I ask for two fiesta Omelettes from the cook,and got both in the same to go plate all smashed together for $28 dollar. I get it, its early in the morning and your ready to go, and it really didn't taste to bad... But to put it on the same plate and to present it to me looking like dog food and charging me 28 dollars for it, well, that wasn't really too cool.

I placed an online order at this Waffle House location. They forgot to add the extra cheese on multiple items I paid for. I returned to get it corrected. While the cook was apologetic and helpful, the manager/ cashier, possibly named Abigail or something close, didn’t show much concern. It felt like the cook wasn’t properly supported. He was cooking other people food & correcting mine. Whenever he would ask her to pass him something, she didn’t. Just stood & watched. Overall, the food was fine, but the service could use some improvement.

I had a taste for breakfast food this afternoon and yes Waffle House was close to my destination. I had a veggie omelette with grits and toast. It was great. The atmosphere and service were exceptional. Definitely will revisit in the near future. Hats off to the Chef and Server😊😊

The only thing I can say about this business is that the food was okay. But other then that, it's a typical Waffle House very poor service, rude staff. Very over priced I was told that there was a 20% change to all Togo orders also they had no plastic ware

The hospitality is awesome, I couldn’t come through the door good and E greeted me and Tot came and greeted me again and took my order, Drew was talking to me as they prepared my order on how they try to meet every customer needs and wants 1 customer at a time, I must say this is the best Waffle House I ever come too, always have everything I want and need, please continue to do an EXCELLENT JOB and I will continue to brag on y’all.
