The hospitality is awesome, I couldn’t come through the door good and E greeted me and Tot came and greeted me again and took my order, Drew was talking to me as they prepared my order on how they try to meet every customer needs and wants 1 customer at a time, I must say this is the best Waffle House I ever come too, always have everything I want and need, please continue to do an EXCELLENT JOB and I will continue to brag on y’all.
This is the ultimate American Diner experience as you see it in the movies. I sat at the counter and it was fun to see the old style of ordering and prepping food. I also like the fact that Waffle House offers franchises only to its own employee.
Came into Waffle House, and everyone was so busy talking about their day that no one noticed me walk in and sit down at a dirty table.
After sitting there for about 10 minutes unnoticed by anyone who works there, I finally got someone's attention. The young lady who came over stated that it wasn't her table, but she would be glad to help me. Finally, I can get my steak. Food came out in a reasonable amount of time. Had flavor and was hot.
