It's a bit chaotic especially when no one assists you upon entering. After I seated myself, the staff finally acknowleged me. After I placed my to go order at the register, I returned to the same counter seat that I sat in previously only to be later told that I need to sit in the waiting area. I have no problem with sitting in the chairs by the window; however, the waitress could have immediately told me that after taking my order.
Overall, this place is better than the one in Canton. However, customer service needs improvement. Even when the place is almost empty, new customers are often ignored. It can take over 10 minutes for someone to take your order, despite having seven people working in the kitchen, none of whom seem to be attentive to customers.

After sitting there for about 10 minutes unnoticed by anyone who works there, I finally got someone's attention. The young lady who came over stated that it wasn't her table, but she would be glad to help me. Finally, I can get my steak. Food came out in a reasonable amount of time. Had flavor and was hot.
