Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux - Ridgeland Restaurant

I would give less than 1 star if possible. I walked in at 7:30 on a Wednesday night. Sat at table for 15 minutes. No drink order was taken. Nothing. Several employees were walking around talking to other tables but no one bothered to even ask for a drink order in 15 minutes so I got up and left. Drove to another restaurant where I was promptly waited on. There are too many good restaurants in Madison, Ridgeland, Jackson to waste my time and MONEY at Walk Ons again.

Mariah, our bartender was super friendly and attentive.

Great Sports Bar. Good beer selection and very good food. Service was great and entire staff friendly.

The food was good. Our server was spot on. There to refill a glass as soon as we were half empty.

We had Louisiana Platter and Ragin Red Fish. Food was not as season as we would like but overall it was pretty good.

I asked to be seated at a table instead of at a booth and away from everybody because we wanted to talk and not have to listen to everybody else and not everyone else listen to us and they refuse to let us sit away from everybody. I told them we would go somewhere else the hostess after we had to wait on her to put her shoes on to see us said then go, and the manager refused to see us away from everybody else in her lame excuse was There’s not a waitress for that area and I said why can’t the waitress was gonna wait on us back there walk six tables down and wait on us up here. What would it hurt? They refused I don’t like the place anyway it’s too noisy. The food that I had there. The last time was not great. We thought we would try it again well I won’t be going back

In both of the pasta dishes we ordered the noodles were overcooked,flavorless, and did not have any crawfish in it. The tuna on my salad was gray. This is disappointing considering how expensive this restaurant is.

Princess, was amazing server today. The food was wonderful and love the atmosphere.

Stopped in solo tonight and sat at the bar. Slow night when I arrived, food was great but service was just okay. I expected a bit better service speed by sitting at the bar with 3 girls working it. I will be back as I do love the food there!

Went here lastnight. Pretty busy for a Saturday night which was to be expected. Our wait time was about 35 minutes. Server came to our table, greeted us and proceeded to take our drink and food order. Food was a little salty..whoever is preparing the food has a heavy hand with salt. Server was extremely nice and from the looks of it she had many tables so we were patient with her. About 30 minutes before leaving, the manager lady, Amy(lady with locs) was very rude to our server and decided to cut her and told her she was not to come back to work until told to do so in front of us. Extremely unprofessional.
