I was surprised. In Mississippi, I had to wait 20 minutes at a fast food restaurant, or even at a Starbucks drive-thru, so I wondered if it was normal for food to be served slowly. For the first time at this Wendy's, I was able to properly drive through the food without having to wait from checkout to pick up. Ordering went smoothly with no errors at all. This is my first experience in Mississippi. This is a response I would like all stores to follow. Thank you for the great experience.

Insanity - continue to do the same thing and expect different results . Unfortunately, Every time I order a taco salad something is missing. Why can’t you memorize what you are to provide - last time chilli (really) tonight chips - even when I asked was it missing? . My bad! I am moving on.

Manager named arleshia was very disrespectful was yelling all loud at the employees that was working she didnt wanna remake my breakfast sandwich me and my husband was very disappointed im glad i talk to the other manager that was there she was a very nice lady she helped me out and remade my sandwich!! Something needs to be done about that arleshia women seriously!! Thats bad for service

I went to the Wendy's near my hotel, which ignored me 20 minutes before they closed. They ignored me until I left, clearly not wanting to serve. I went to this Wendy's 3 mi uses before closing and asked for whatever they had prepared. They served me even though they were going home. The employees are.much better than other nearby Wendy's and will serve customers. The employees deserve respect at this location, which is also a reflection on the manager.

After a late night of fun , you tend to be a little hungry & a lot of places are not open . Wendy’s is usually my go to . Now I haven’t came on here and wrote any reviews on my decent experiences, and I’ll take that into account . But tonight was an ABSOLUTE disappointment. We get to the drive thru & no one is there to take our order . We holler “hey , hello , hey , are you there ?” And no answer. We proceed to the window to see what’s going on . I’m thinking “maybe the intercom isn’t working” . We pull up & there’s a lady standing there on her phone and she looks to see us at the window but doesn’t move to inform us on anything . We waited. A lady who looked like she came from the bathroom comes to the window & says “I’ll be right with you” . A minute later she says , “I just got back and they said that something is wrong in the back of house.” Are you serious?! All this time we could’ve went somewhere else . And I bet there was nothing wrong with anything . Y’all just didn’t want to work anymore . I’m appalled. I’m not even upset with the girl who tried to take care of us . It’s the one that was sitting there doing absolutely nothing . You seen us & didn’t want to say anything? I don’t care if you was working the “front” , there’s nobody in the restaurant to assist so you’re supposed to help wherever needed . People are selfish & self-centered . It’s infuriating .

I went to go get a krabby patty meal and this worker had a attitude with me because they forgot my fries and frosty and then they didn’t give me a drink or anything so they only deserve 1 star

Service is always great until today. Made my order paid ( thought I paid) proceed to next window receive my drinks and the window girl ( she might identify as a dude ) said hold up you aint slick where's my money. I was caught off guard due to just giving my card to the previous window but proceeded to give my card again because it was just $6 even if I got double charged I could come back then after the new window lady did it I said I gave my card and paid at the previous window I'm sure of it. then finally says yeah it didn't go through. I don't understand why it was never led with that.
I will never return was coming once to twice a week

Sat 20 minutes waiting on bacon then didn’t get bacon. I could have walked to Kroger bought bacon and an air fryer and cooked it in that time frame.

The cashier came to the register and never greet me, took my order and when I got home my order was still incorrect. I returned the store and informed the manager that my order was wrong. She advised the same young lady to remake my burger. This lady piled a lot of onions on my burger. I just accepted the sandwich.
