The food quality is pretty good compared to other locations, but over the years they have consistently gotten worse at getting an order correct. Even after going in to get them to make the right thing, they put other customers in front of me and made it wrong again. Wendy's is one of my favorite chains, but I'm going to have to 86 this one if they can't get their act together.
I was surprised. In Mississippi, I had to wait 20 minutes at a fast food restaurant, or even at a Starbucks drive-thru, so I wondered if it was normal for food to be served slowly. For the first time at this Wendy's, I was able to properly drive through the food without having to wait from checkout to pick up. Ordering went smoothly with no errors at all. I went to the Wendy's near my hotel, which ignored me 20 minutes before they closed. They ignored me until I left, clearly not wanting to serve. I went to this Wendy's 3 mi uses before closing and asked for whatever they had prepared. They served me even though they were going home. The employees are.much better than other nearby Wendy's and will serve customers. The employees deserve respect at this location, which is also a reflection on the manager.
