Please get a new staff. I cannot tell you how many times I have ordered food and not received what I paid for. This has happened both at the store and via DoorDash. I understand that rush periods exist but how hard is it to read an order off a screen?

Worst Wendy's ever. Just came through here, it was absolutely dead. All of our food was cold, my husband's Jr bacon had NO bacon, the lemonade was basically water, and the service took forever despite it being dead. Won't be back

NEVER WILL WE COME BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN. EMPLOYEES WERE RUDE! THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE BACON FOR THE BACON CHEESEBURGERS....SMALL & MEASLY BURGER AT THAT, AS YOU CAN SEE. MY HUSBAND PAID FOR DRINKS, & THEY GAVE HIM THE CUPS, KNOWING THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE DRINKS....JUST HAD TEA!!! They should at least go to another Wendy's and get the products that they are out of, just like McDonald's does! Makes us think they're owned by the hotel across the street because they're out if everything as well. ***SHUT DOWN IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE FOOD!!!!!!***

I just left Wendy’s ask for two 4/4 . They tell me that they’re out of Sprite so they will give me another drink orange or whatever it don’t matter. So she making a big fuss about Sprite and I say well just give me any other drink, she didn’t hear you so I have to ring it up again. I said the problem bring it up. Did you shut the one in my face and say I don’t have to serve you I said because y’all don’t have Sprite and I said give me any other drink then she gives me my food I asked for burgers, plain bread and meat. The burgers look like they’ve been sitting back there all night dried up . She didn’t give me my nuggets just one one fries, two burgers and two drinks that’s not even a four for four we spent our money with y’all and y’all have these people here children treating people in any kind of way now in the morning. I’m taking that crap back And getting my money back and they need to give me some free if they don’t want to be at work go home stay at home. I’m sick of y’all. It’s always something with these children and people are gonna start doing things to hurt them because the way they talk to people.
Just rode through Wendy’s at 10pm and waited in line just for them to tell us they were closed! I’m kinda glad they are very rude at this location and always get our order wrong, sucks they are the ones usually that’s open around this time or I wouldn’t try to go there at all unfortunately we work late! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Every time I walk in, they are more concerned about drive thru then taking an order in the dining room. I wait at least 10 mins before they even take my order. Not to say that food is not fresh and hot, which it is. But I will point out that tre drink machine needs to be more well taking care of. It has an unclean smell to it. Needs to be cleaned every night to keep it sanitized.

Nah real talk this gotta be the worst wendys this side of the mississippi river i actually would feel bad if i didnt atleast try to tell people come here like they make it their DUTY to get your order wrong not as fresh, have less resources its all just bad , maybe just need new direction but gosh ill just go back to taco bell its insane how they make sure to get your orders wrong not give a care in the world and no resolution for your money spent here.. btw im a 26 year old i used to work at a wendys when i was 16 I thought i didnt give a but trust .. they got me beat here lol dont say havent been warned
