Every time I walk in, they are more concerned about drive thru then taking an order in the dining room. I wait at least 10 mins before they even take my order. Not to say that food is not fresh and hot, which it is. But I will point out that tre drink machine needs to be more well taking care of. It has an unclean smell to it. Needs to be cleaned every night to keep it sanitized.

Nah real talk this gotta be the worst wendys this side of the mississippi river i actually would feel bad if i didnt atleast try to tell people come here like they make it their DUTY to get your order wrong not as fresh, have less resources its all just bad , maybe just need new direction but gosh ill just go back to taco bell its insane how they make sure to get your orders wrong not give a care in the world and no resolution for your money spent here.. btw im a 26 year old i used to work at a wendys when i was 16 I thought i didnt give a but trust .. they got me beat here lol dont say havent been warned

Waited 15 minutes for cold fries and raw food. DO NOT EAT HERE.
We ordered 3 breakfast r meals. We were asked to pull up. Condiments were in the bag. We didn’t get any napkins. My lemonade had been sitting so it was watered down. What should have been a coke was a Dr. Pepper. Potatoes were not fresh at all. I am still trying to figure out why did you pull us up if all of the food was not made fresh.

I order my food before my husband, he got his food and I'm halfway finished it and I still hadn't got mine over 8-9 minutes .. then after I ate nuggets they weren't hot I had also had the fries they were hot.. I also had a burger it was dry the meat of course, anyone I got done eating minutes later I literally had gas so bad 😔

This establishment is entirely too rude! I placed a mobile order on 10/28/24 (today) and went to go pick up my order through the drive thru. As soon as I made it to the speaker, the first young lady rudely told us how the drive thru is not taking any orders due to having a school bus there and to have a nice day. I responded back that I had a mobile order. She did not respond and I blew my horn and she asked for my name. Her manager (I’m assuming) began to speak over her and VERY RUDELY told me that I can cancel my mobile order because they will not make it for me. I can understand being busy, but speaking to paying customers that way was INSANE. I could’ve walked in to pick it up if it was an issue! They ended up canceling my order for me without another thought.

I went to pick up a online order tonight and received terrible customer service. I pulled up to the intercom and was met with loud profanity music and was talked over several times. The person on the intercom said that the system was rebooting and to have a nice night. I found her comment to be incredibly rude due to the fact that she didn't let me respond and left. I also had to wait at least seven minutes before workers decided to just walk out and didn't announce that the store was closing.

It’s enough of an inconvenience to have to go through the drive-through and then circle back to the restaurant, to have to go in and explain to them that your food is cold. Worse than that was the attitude of the leader who came to the counter. It took long enough to be acknowledged, but for her to look inside the bag, look at me as if I had done something wrong, and then look inside the bag, and ball it up with the food inside. She then went over to drop more potatoes in the fryer, never apologizing, and never advising how long it would be before my order was ready.
I noticed while I was there that another woman who was also in the drive-through had to come inside as well. A male manager came from the back and asked if I was being helped. When I advised him that I was in the drive-through and had to come inside because my food was cold, his only response was, “OK so you’re being helped.” ??? It is clear to me that they have learned poor customer service and their lack of empathy from their leaders.
Also, the woman who came to the counter to assist, was wearing gloves, touched the register, touched the counters, touched my bag, and went back to prepare orders wearing the same gloves! Yuck! This is clearly a food service management violation! It’s already bad enough that the food set out for far too long, but to see her , continue working in the same pair of gloves as if there was a glove shortage is a clear problem! There’s no telling how much Food-borne illness she has caused!
I never intend to go back to this location again. Their customer service is atrocious and if they’re going to continue, they obviously need to update their training.
As a business owner myself, I model appropriate behaviors to my teams, and my team gladly follows. There is something to be said about poor leadership, a lack of empathy, terrible customer service and poor food handling. Don’t waste your time or your money because clearly this Wendy’s location does not appreciate its customers, and operates under their own poor guidelines!
