This may be one of the most well-run fast food places I’ve ever been to. Always courteous and professional staff and I never feel like I’m a burden for ordering food. Specific thanks to the folks there super early in the morning. It’s Wednesday and when I just went to pick my order up, I met two folks who seemed to be taking great pride in their work. Give the staff my compliments please.

I would highly recommend never going to this place. I personally will never go again and waste my money on food that is inedible. It’s not the first time that myself or others in my household have left there with totally incorrect orders or burnt food. The service is equally as bad. It’s in a great area right next to Chikfila and Costco which both are tremendous at service so it’s easy to assume this place would meet the same high standards but it’s my opinion that this location is poorly managed therefore it’s poorly operated.

Visited Wendy's in Ridgeland, MS for a quick bite. Purchased $3.99 single Wendy's burger & chicken tenders. Burger was tasty, fresh and satisfying. Tenders were average.

Slow!! they were being intentionally slow at 11:30.. There is nothing fast about this Wendy's, You will be better off driving to the one on Lake Harbour, they move much faster.

Placed order for two combos. I told the lady my order then another employee picked up asked me again and I told it to her. She repeated it to me but stopped halfway through and I repeated it again. Finished driving through paid and left. Food wrong sizes wrong drink correct but wrong size. I understand sometimes it’s busy but there were three cars including me. There’s no excuse for the order takers to mess up that bad when it’s not busy and multiple employees there to handle everything.

I just visited this location. They didn't want to take my order, and the sad part about it I only wanted to order some ranch. The manager going to say who going to go on front counter cause I'm not the other girl on break I'm not going up there. It wasn't even busy at this location. Nobody was in drive thru nor on front counter so why not come take my order.
Came by here for a caramel cold foam and order it in the drive thru then by the time I came up to the window they said they didn’t have it

i work no more than 5 mins down the road from this location. From the time i pulled in to the drive thru (2 cars in front of me) to the time i pulled out, 35 minutes wasted. they must’ve forgotten about my mobile order when they told me to pull forward so i had to drive back around & they gave me that weak ass undercooked baked potato. couldn’t even eat half of it & almost my entire lunch break wasted.
