I recently visited Wendy's and, while I appreciate the brand and their offerings, I couldn't help but notice some significant issues regarding professionalism and management. It seems like the management team could benefit from enhanced leadership skills. Unfortunately, it feels like this is not an isolated incident but rather a common theme. If management continues to operate at this level, it raises questions about the accountability of district managers and upper management. They need to take a closer look at the problems within their stores instead of turning a blind eye. Many customers, including myself, are discouraged from returning when staff members exhibit negative attitudes and fail to provide fresh food consistently. A little investment in proper training and a supportive management approach could go a long way in creating a more positive experience for both employees and patrons alike. It's time for change!

No need to get the son of a baconator from here for $3 I have to say the burger was only the double stack cheap burger patties with bacon because the combo is almost $10 but you can get the biggie bag for $6 and get fries and nuggets and frosty well I fell for the $3 son of a baconator plus frosty and paid almost $7 so don't fall for the tv look it's not like the big baconator

I weny inside and placed order and attempted to use restroom yet there was an out of order sign on the women's and men's restroom. It was nearly 70s degrees outside yet they had the heat on inside the restaurant and it felt like a sauna. The burger was not cooked long enough and was barely warm. The fries were not crispy like they usually are. The coke from the fountain didnt taste like coke as it was more watery than anything. I had a coupon for $2 off combo. I won't be back anytime soon.

We placed an order for a Junior delux burger no ketchup , and two 4/4 with bacon double stacks and a kids chicken nugget meal. All three hamburgers were jr delux had ketchup and bacon burgers had no bacon. We tried to fix window and they messed up again. Son went in restaurant and they still got it wrong when he got back to vehicle.

Had 2 weight on fry's, which were cold and only half full ordered my Burger with lettuce and tomato to not get lettuce got no mayonnaise no ketchup dry ass cold food

I got the spicy chicken meal and the fries were very good, but the chicken was chewy and almost rubbery. Which I did not appreciate because I was told to pull to the side to wait for my order. They also always forget my ranch and ketchup. I also got the wrong drink. Not the best service lately.

Firstly, I stop at this location every morning, no one is in line in the drive through I sit at the speaker and I guess they expect me to say welcome to Wendy’s because it’s never a greeting it’s always “go head”. Today the young lady listened to me say I have a mobile order but she didn’t confirm she heard me or not so per usual I was sitting at the speaker while she continued her personal conversation on her phone. When I pulled to the window she still went on with her personal conversation on the phone and I had to get her attention to put condiments in my bag. Working morning shift it’s imperative to develop proper customer service, enthusiasm and manners. Please work with staff on this matter.
