I got the almond crunch pretzel, the person didn't even butter it before putting the toppings on... It didn't stick and all my toppings fell off. Even though my toppings fell off I still enjoyed their pretzel.

I ordered the mini hotdogs wrapped in the pretzel. They were very good. They has clearly just been made which was nice. The server was nice.

While shopping in Northpark Mall with my daughter, she convinced me to grab pretzels here rather than Auntie Anne's. She insisted they were better. I ordered a regular salted pretzel and it was good, but it was no Auntie Anne's. I can't say anything bad about it, it just simply wasn't as good to me. I always love having a pretzel when I'm walking around a mall. It's just a great snack if I'm there for quite some time and not in the mood for a meal. I would return here if there wasn't an Auntie Anne's in this mall, but they do indeed have an Auntie Anne's, so that's where I'll head in the future.

Was very very disappointed because I came for one of my favorite items and they were out. I made a special trip just to get my pretzel. Even tho the young lady was very nice about it...I feel like it is a major fell on the stores fault. Please make sure u all stay stocked considering your menu only as a few item. Do better!
