I had to keep repeating myself at the intercom over 4 times . The light skin skinny girl with the braids was very rude in the drive thru . She did not greet me she just asked what I had and gave me my food and closed the window . No smile or nothing . What happened to customer service

They got my order wrong, which was just two milkshakes. I had to go inside after waiting 10 minutes past the end of the estimated pick-up time for curbside mobile order. I waited at the counter for 5 minutes before being acknowledged. There were no customers in the dining room & only 2 cars in the drive-thru.

The workers cannot take orders or deliver the right food to cars. It’s chaotic. We really waste 40 mins waited on food and they still couldn’t bring the fries out with the meal. I will never order food from here again.

Shut this place down! It’s nothing but kids playing. You wait forever!! I stay in Ridgeland and I’ll drive to the Brandon location across the spillway before I ever go to this location again!!

Are zero stars an option?? We used DoorDash as we use it all the time back home and never in my life have had to wait this long. And it’s on Whataburger NOTA MY DASHER. I paid for express(15-21 minutes) and I know this late at night(and when we drove by it on our way to the hotel a half hour before, it was empty) it would not be busy. I ordered my food an HOUR ago!!! And my poor dasher is STILL WAITING for them to finish so she can take it to us. There is NO WAY a FAST FOOD place should take that long to get the food to my dasher. Honestly I’m terrified on how the food will taste once it actually gets to us because I know it didn’t take an hour to make.
