This particular store in Jackson was my worst experience, definitely wont return, waited forever, both burger and fries cold. Go back inside to at least get a fresh burger, place was so unorganized. Last time visiting this location.

The food here is really good but the customer service and wait time is ridiculous. I ordered online and 20 minutes later still waiting. Seems like a lot kids on duty with no urgency. Even management seemed unconcerned. I came here on lunch break and may decide not to come by on lunch again. Lots of confusion,uncertainty and little to no communication.

We had such a great experience thanks to Destiny! I can tell she is a trainer for a good reason.
From the moment she took our order, she was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and attentive. She checked on us throughout our visit to make sure everything was perfect, always with great timing and an upbeat attitude.
Her personality really stood out—she’s funny, warm, and so enjoyable to interact with. She made the whole visit feel comfortable and genuinely pleasant. On top of that, the restaurant itself was very clean, which we really appreciated. It added to the overall great atmosphere.
The food was also really good—fresh, flavorful, and served just the way we ordered it. Between the great service, clean environment, and delicious food, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
If you’re hungry, be sure to eat here! She truly made our visit exceptional, and we’ll definitely be back because of her!

We ordered a large iced coffee. When they brought the coffee out it was a small. The lady walks away as we're saying hey we ordered a large. She says we're out of large cups. And continues walking away. When I said then I want some of my money back or another cup of coffee to make it a large she just stands there where I have to holler and can't hear anything she's saying. She was rude and acted like I was in the wrong for wanting what I paid for

Absolute disaster. Tried to give me someone else’s order. I said no that’s the wrong name. 2 more tries after 20 mins, I just took the wrong order. Still got no drink, the burger wasn’t even correct as it DID have mayo, tomato, and onion. Literally nothing was correct.
