First time visiting in a long time. The burger and service were great. My order was wrong. They offered to make it over again and apologized for the mistake. Can be a challenge entering and leaving. On a very busy road. County line road.

Do not be in a hurry when ordering via drive-thru. I ordered 3 sausage biscuits with extra egg on each and a large strawberry drink. I gave money but didn't get drink. Had to pull up behind 2 other customers who were also waiting on food. After about q0 minutes someone brings my food but no drink so I have to drive again through the drive thru to get my drink.

Whataburger food is always good, maybe because its cooked when ordered. But the service on the other hand is hit or miss depending on the manager, the staff is often overwhelming and frustrated which leads to poor service during the lunch time rush. And the dine in is normally dirty due to this reason. And you are lucky to get onto the parking lot on Friday and Saturday night due to the place being so busy
