Good was good but I’ll never come back to this location. I ordered around 8:40 and I just got my order at about 9:25. I ordered AHEAD so I could make a movie at 9:30 that I already got tickets for. People were getting their food before me that ordered in the store. The employees seemed like they were busy but also all over the place and so disorganized. They could use some professionalism for sure. That’s the longest I’ve ever had to wait for my food at a wingstop and I eat it every week, especially for ordering ahead. Never again.

The service was ok at best I ordered buffalo wings the wings did not ever have I light dash of pepper spice to them by far the worst thing I’ve eaten I’d rather have Vienna sausages the fries were soggy over seasoned it was slow but waited 20 minutes the stores music was way too loud the staff was too loud my wings were dried out my first time here and I’m never going back I’d give 0 out of ten if I could

The food is always great but never ready when it’s supposed to be. I went on 1/30 and wound up waiting 40 minutes a long with another lady who also placed her order on the app. Finally, they noticed our food had been ready the entire time and was just sitting there getting cold! I had a whole family meal and by that time it was 11 o’clock. I didn’t have time to wait another 40 minutes for something that was supposed to be ready at 10:15. The manager never offered a refund and her excuse was “I wasn’t in here” like she’s not the one running the place. Plus they’re always swamped and you can see her just hanging out. She did, however, give me a 10% off coupon that expired LAST YEAR.

You will do yourself a disservice if you order from this establishment. Imagine ordering your Super Bowl meal from this place and they’re over two hours behind because they did not properly plan. The management is poor. The staff is poor and the owner should consider replacing everyone. Period.

I visited the establishment today and experienced a significant delay before my order was taken. Despite arriving promptly, I waited for 30 minutes before my order was finally taken at 5:22 PM. Unfortunately, I did not leave the premises until 5:51 PM.

The manager, who is responsible for setting the tone for the staff, was audibly complaining throughout my visit. While the staff did provide complimentary drinks to compensate for the extended wait time, the manager's continuous complaints were highly unprofessional. This behavior seemed to contribute to the overall lack of coordination among the employees.

Complaining does not improve the situation for anyone involved and, in this case, it may have exacerbated the inefficiencies. It is crucial for management to lead by example and foster a positive work environment to ensure better service for customers. I did ask for an employee to cut on a television due seeing everyone agitated with the wait time & manager’s action & she did. #GoBILLS

Ordered at 6:50 didn't have it ready until 8:11 items were cooked at separate times most of it was cold.

Came back a month later still sorry af. Placed an order at 3pm order says it will be ready in 45 minutes. Came right before 4 they told me wait 5 minutes, didn't get it until 4:30 and my large fry was half filled.
4 different flavors all mixed in 1 container and missing tenders.

Wingstop is hit or miss. This location has really good service and people. No trash cans to throw away trash. Wings seemed old and fried so hard it's hard to bite into. Very little meat and greasy. Now I remember why I don't go to Wingstop anymore
