Haven’t eaten at a Wing Stop since we moved to Mississippi. The manager was great. Welcomed everyone that walked through the door. Food was as good as we remembered. Staff was friendly and courteous. Restaurant was clean. We will be back!

I really detest this location but my daughter likes Wingstop. They get two stars for always getting my order right. That’s it.
Took an hour from ordering in app to getting my order.
Blatantly ignored three times after she called my name indicating that the order was ready. As I’m walking up within seconds of my name being called, she’s calling out other names simultaneously but gives everyone their order except mine.
Need to improve multitasking, efficiency and customer service.

Totally messed up my delivery order. After contacting them, the employee was very rude and even hung up in my face. This type of poor service is TOTALLY unacceptable!

Ordered for delivery through Wingstop app and when Doordash driver showed up she had wrong order. She went back to store to get right order then we were short 20 wings. DD Driver went back to store and came back with only 5 wings. I myself had to go to store to get the order right. Total about 2 hours to get all of the food I ordered. Please check all orders before sending out to customers. Food was cold and some of the wings we got with the DD second stop were way overcooked and meat was like charcoal briquets. If you order from here, please check orders.
EDIT: Owner reached out and provided a full refund of order. Gave them another chance and the order was correct and food was fresh. Upped the review to reflect the good customer service.

First the order was placed wrong. A partial refund was given. Continued to wait for the 6 piece combo. Waited 30 minutes. Was asked on 2 occasions what was the name on my order, once by the staff then by the manager. After being asked by the manager, I assume my order was either skipped or removed. She then went to ask the cashier did she ring me up. Seemingly placing blame on her, but she did her job !! I then asked for my entire refund, because I was not waiting another 30 minutes to get food. Wasted my time and no food !!!

Horrible place they refused to give me a 20 oz drink when their coke machine was out of order leaving tea as my only option then took over 30 minutes to cook my order. This place is horrible

This is a perfect place to bring colleagues for a relaxed lunch meeting.
Called for a pick up order, they told me it would be a 30 minute wait. But when i arrived they couldn’t find my order. Worst place ever.!

Good was good but I’ll never come back to this location. I ordered around 8:40 and I just got my order at about 9:25. I ordered AHEAD so I could make a movie at 9:30 that I already got tickets for. People were getting their food before me that ordered in the store. The employees seemed like they were busy but also all over the place and so disorganized. They could use some professionalism for sure. That’s the longest I’ve ever had to wait for my food at a wingstop and I eat it every week, especially for ordering ahead. Never again.
