Located in the former Chicken Supreme location, 1836 is now open. The inside of the business has been refreshed. We visited on a Saturday afternoon, and business was light at the time. We were immediately seated, and our drink orders were taken. A few minutes later we had our food orders taken. Our food arrived promptly, and it was hot and fresh. What a great place to eat! We all got different dishes and loved each one. I highly recommend the shrimp po boy. The restaurant itself was clean, inviting, and had wonderful staff. We can't wait to go back!
Three of us started with mushrooms, cheese curds, fried jalapeno slices & barely had room for entree!!
Located in the former Chicken Supreme location, 1836 is a great place to eat with Texas size portions. The grilled chicken sandwich and shrimp po boy are highly recommended. The restaurant is clean, inviting, and the staff is attentive. Despite a small parking lot, the place is worth the drive, with hot and fresh food served promptly. The home fries are a bit greasy, but delicious nonetheless. The interior is bright and well-kept, making for a pleasant dining experience. A must-visit for those looking for amazing food and great service.
