“Food is great when they do it correctly. And so is service whenever the right people are working. There’s a lovely hispanic young man who is always almost in the drive thru, well mannered, attentive and friendly. He always makes sure to get my order right, asks me how I am that day, and proceeds to do his job. Very professional. However, the rest seem to always be on edge or tired. Maybe they need better hours. I’d love to come up to the KFC/Taco Bell and to be greeted with friendly faces and positive attitudes. And I’m sure everyone is trying their best, they just need a little encouragement. 😊“
