Always great food
The best thing was the Baja Blast as always..... Slaw wasn't bad either, but the bowl wasn't filled completely either. The mashed potatoes had a small dollop of gravy, lol.... Ordered original, think I got almost burnt extra crispy! Now, I remember why I don't eat here. I didn't taste not 1 herb or spice, much less 7! Biscuit was buttery, but it was hard around the edges! Please do better!
Food is great when they do it correctly. And so is service whenever the right people are working. There’s a lovely hispanic young man who is always almost in the drive thru, well mannered, attentive and friendly. He always makes sure to get my order right, asks me how I am that day, and proceeds to do his job. Very professional. However, the rest seem to always be on edge or tired. KFC is a fast food restaurant serving chicken and biscuits, among other menu items. While drive-thru service can be convenient, some customers have experienced issues with orders being fulfilled correctly. Despite this, the staff are generally polite and willing to help resolve any problems. The restaurant has ample parking on both sides of the building, but parking on the north side is recommended to avoid getting blocked in by drive-thru customers. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, and some staff members, like Mrs. T, provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and positive attitude.
