Taqueria El Roble is pleasantly, an authentic Mexican, home cooked meals, experience. This mother and daughter dynamic duo, will make you feel at home. We had lunch there every day of our stay after we discovered it. Doña Raquel and Juanita, please don't change your recipes! If you're looking for delicious tacos and authentic Mexican cuisine, and not looking for fancy dining, this is it.
The best tacos that I have ever eaten by far!!!!! It's worth the drive to Ripley to try this place out. It's small and I wouldn't have tried it if not for my son taking me in there. It's so delicious.

Love the quaint atmosphere. They don't stand out, but their food does. Apparently hand/home made, the food is exceptional. But watch those prices, they're different than on menu. And a little high. Look for that and out of the way location for a good meal.
