Rude and unprofessional staff (hostess and one of the managers). Close at 11 but would not seat anyone after 10 one of the hostess stated and walked away. The other one argued with the other hostess and walked off leaving the front unattended looking from a far. There were others who came in line as well and the same thing. I counted at least 12 employees and at least 10 tables that needed to be cleaned. Unacceptable and I know that OneStar would not be pleased with the lack of service provided along with the discussions being had while guests are present. Need better leadership and hostess that understand the position. Guests should not be mistreated due to staffing and ungrateful employees. Someone needs to revamp the team and hiring qualifications.

This is a bar and grill is inside a casino. Food was really good. Smoked baby back ribs were meaty and tender. A half order is still enough for most people to share. Fried catfish was well seasoned and cooked perfectly. The onion ring tower was piled with large tempura battered rings which were great. Even the sides were good. My baked beans had a generous amount of ground beef making a hearty side dish. Will definitely go again if we are in the area.

My family and I are in town after a funeral and visited this restaurant. The manager on duty 7/29 around 8:45p said that she could sit us in 2 separate parties but put some of us all the way in the corner and the other group on the floor close by the door. She had an immediate attitude upon arrival and aggressively set the menus at table. When asked if we could at least have the other group in the corner near us she stated she had only one server for that area. The manager refused to even attempt to accommodate and let 7 guests walk which lost you all much business. I would love to speak with a manager over her as we traveled far and were also already grieving

The food was 10/10. The fettuccine was literally the best over ever had. The service got to be a little slow at the end but there was only one server for the whole restaurant.

Hostess was just thrilled to sit us. She wasn’t actually. The first face you see is the host/hostess. If they are not welcoming, something is wrong. This could mean they already know the experience will be awful, due to absent staff, quality, etc. Let’s say’s I misjudged…
Waiter had to be dish pit until today. The most nonchalant approach I have ever seen. Never once did I feel catered too. That lack of listening skills he had were comical to say the least.
Drinks took forever. No silverware. Ordered apps, no plates. 33 min wait for apps. No drinks still…I could go on but I just cannot.
As a restaurant employee/manager for 20 years, I have never been so flabbergasted by an experience. I can sympathize with anyone in the weeds, if I see you care. I can make myself justify why you suck, and I couldn’t even attempt to do so here.
Also, we were forced to go here because EVERY restaurant here is closed on Tuesday. The really good one is only open on the weekend. When I came here 10 years ago, I loved it. Tunica is absolute ass now in every way. Couldn’t even play roulette.

The draft Bar & Grill is located inside the Gold Strike Casino. Typical bar grub, and everything was delicous. The portion sizes are huge, be careful and not order too much like we did.

Super large TV screens are everywhere. It won't be hard to find a game that you will be interested in following.

Our server Morticia was the best. She kept us laughing while serving up hot food with a beautiful smile. We really enjoyed her company.

They are always short staffed. Food is mediocre to me but husband likes their ribs so you may be safe with them. The staff is friendly when you finally do get assistance.

The older reviews definitely aren't accurate. Service is great, food is great, atmosphere is great. I love the sliders but you can't go wrong with anything on the menu.

Burger was under cooked. Waiter was horrible. Fries tasted freezer burnt. The hostess was awesome. Food over all was not good at all. Needless to say we wint be eating there again.

This place is by far the best place to eat out of all the casinos. I’ve eaten here too many times to count. The food has always been excellent and it’s always consistent. Always great service also. The chicken sandwich is one of my favorites. But the wings are the best around.

I would give the service ZERO Stars if I could!!!
Rudest hostess ever!!! Waited in line for 30 minutes and refused to seat us 30 minutes before 10 o'clock.
Goldstrike sends you money for free food, but they do not want to honor it.

This place does not prioritize reservations. They mean nothing. The service is horrible. Beware.

I have eaten here 5 or 6 times now. I don't get the negative reviews. The food here is great. Good value for the casino options, too. The wings are fantastic.
