If I lived nearby, this would be my local. Staff was super friendly and the fry batter was so good (French fries, fried chicken, etc.). Great prices (and if you are lucky some great live music)! Note:~$2 credit card fee so bring cash if that matters to you.
Well worth the stop! The appetizer sampler is a great way to try the fried pickles, fried green tomatoes, and onion rings...all delicious! My husband had the fried catfish, I had the ribs...both good. He also had the turnip greens and enjoyed them. Care Bear and Nette provided great service. Finally, the blues history in the building is worth the stop, even if you aren't hungry. We will definitely stop again the next time we drive through.

Haven't been here in years and I still is Amazing!!!! Flo our waitress was awesome... the food was delicious and the Fried Pickles was amazing... can't wait to come back next month when we are in town
