You guys, there's not even anybody bartending over there tonight. There was at the box office but she left an hour ago. She was out of everything anyway but it's like the twilight zone for real. No waitresses no bartenders, thankfully this place has a self serve for coffee and soda. Lol wow yikes.

Good band and free drinks, what is not to like. Again, a minimal character requirement. This is troublesome. You will get more reviews if you do not have this requirement.

Rooms are nice, the casino/hotel is geared toward an older demographic it seems, during the day time. Most of the staff are phenomenal and very professional. I spend most of my time in Sportsbook. Davie, Angel, Keisha and the rest are the most positive folks there! And huge shout out to Darren and Cindy, who the casino managers. They take very well care of their patrons.

Dirty, outdated. The buffet was expensive and low key. The pool and hot tub, the water was cloudy and dirty! Extra fee here and there. Not sure why?? It seems to be a dying area.

Smoke filled rooms, even in smoke free area. Air filtration seems to be pumping smoke into rooms. Beds and pillows super cheap and uncomfortable.

The hotel did not seem prepared for the large group of cheerleaders and their families. Check in was extremely lengthy(30 minutes). Upon checking, I was asked if I would "need housekeeping during my stay". I confirmed I would indeed need fresh towels and such and that it was included in the reservation. The clerk wrote my room number down on a list stating "we are extremely short-handed right now, but you can get clean towels". The room I booked was not the one I was placed in, being informed that no room is guaranteed and due to availability. This is no clause in the disclaimer of my Expedia confirmation. My "non smoking" Room is comfortable and very clean, strong odor or cigarettes.

This place is very nice but thir is a ladie and she was very rude and gave someone else our room and gave us a small room with a kid g and a pull out bed and we asked for a 2 kings but on the other hand the people who help with the luggage were very nice

We were traveling home to South Alabama from Stuttgart, Arkansas and decided to spend a night in Tunica. MS. I booked a room through Hotels.com on the way. The rates were very reasonable, but be sure to read the fine print on the extra fees when you check in. The hotel was very nice and clean. The bathrooms looked newly renovated and the beds were super comfortable. The casino was very nice and not very smokey. They don't have a lot of ladies walking around getting drink orders, so don't bank on getting more than two beverages while playing the slots. The coolest part about this casino ,compared to many of the casinos I have visited, is all the memorabilia from movies displayed around the casino.

I was here on a Saturday night (Sunday morning) at about 1 a.m. The regular casino couldn't have had more than 100 people in it. The poker room had two games going--one No Limit and one Fixed Limit. The Fixed Limit game broke about 1.5 hours later. The good news is that the poker staff--floor plus dealers--were very friendly. That was appreciated. I just can't give higher than a three based on the small turnout.

I give 2 STARS for the house keeping. Our first two days, the house keeper only touched up the missing coffee and water. The bed, towels and such were not touched. If we didn't have guest to catch her and instruct her to ACTUALLY CLEAN OUR ROOM, it would have been SKIPPED AGAIN. Casino was a blast, pool fabulous because it was cold outside, weight room was very clean and fabulous too (gotta keep the shape on point) ! Everything was left in place upon check out. Great Vacation

My home of a Poker cash game. Cheapest Buy in's In Tunica. $40 to play a $3-$6 (which I play) other Buy In Entrys for cash games entries will vary. I really love how Hollywoods Poker Room is small and quaint. Enclosed off from the rest of the casino keeping the noise of the poker area at an average tone. The only minor drawback I find to this is the beverage service as they're not coming as often as they would at other poker rooms I've experienced. But it's better then Southland maybe theirs pop in 2 or 3 times bur Southlands poker room sux anyways. They have some great promotions for their $ games like your standard bad beat & straight flush jackpots. My favorite promo they ran was a high hand promotion where if a players had was the highest for 30min they got paid out. Their tournament directors were friendly helpful knowledgeable & organized. Especalliy when it came to the weekends where people play a lot of cash games. At that time. I suggest going there early on the weekends if you want to enter a cash game because they fill up quick. As far as the gaming area it was a bit average nothing much stuck out except the big 6 wheel. The bars aren't as spectacular as Goldstrikes stage 2 or Horseshoe's Legends. Theirs keeps it fairly lively. Hollywood I've barely seen it lively where people are dancing and having a good time. Dancing to the bands music. If it wasn't for the poker I wouldn't go here. They have yet to impress me on their culinary abilities but I cover that on their Epic Buffet Yelp.

Old, very out of date. The room was nasty and the Epic buffet was horrible. Will not stay here again.
