The girls at the desk are so rude. Didn’t smile didn’t say a word asked for a spoon as she basically just threw it at me. I will never go to the Starbucks again until there’s new customer service people that smile.

Guess there was a switch between breakfast and lunch but this should not have affected the Starbucks side came at 11:05 stood in line behind ONE person at 11:30 still haven’t been served . Young ladies working the 11am shift were very rude/unprofessional. I spend too much money for the type of service that was received this morning

Visited on Thursday 11/28/24 8am. Thanksgiving!!! To my amaze the cashier had the nastiest attitude I have encountered! There was a girl with a tray of samples standing in the line flirting with another employee. So went went around to the pick up side to get around to order. The nasty attitude cashier yelled and said you gotta be in line to order. Just a organized mess we are not used to at Starbucks. Their attitude matched every casino employee we encounter during this 4 day trip. Will NOT spend our money in TUNICA ever again! You want to turn this establishment into a poor run down place with sleazy non paying patrons go ahead! You will just be another area of casinos that don't survive! By the way by the looks of all the one stars on here it's not gonna change. So, we are ALL wasting our time!

a mini Starbucks in the hotel.. the staff is absolutely unfriendly and one cappuccino was almost empty and the other half full.. they didn't understand that the customers ultimately ensure that the boss can transfer their wages to them.

One Employee Tells Me It's Only Open On WeekEnds. Another. Said It Depends On Who Shows Up. AND The Tyme It Closes Is 12Pm At Noon Not 2pm. YOU Need To Change Your Service Tymes. OR Tymes Open. BECUS The Website Says. 6Am To 2PM. And I Work At The Casinos. So If TheEmployees Get To Pick Their Hours. ? Then Perhaps I Need To Work There.

As a frequent visitor of this casino, this Starbucks staff is the WORST. The staff is beyond rude, unprofessional, and just has zero customer service whatsoever. One younger girl that was refilling syrups and sauces was the sweetest and always is-bc she barely says a word. The heavyset black woman is just outright rude and has the nastiest attitude ever. The other black woman-you can at least have a conversation with her, but she’s not the most polite either. If you don’t want to talk to people and interact with customers, then you probably shouldn’t be working at a Starbucks of all places. I always use my Starbucks app to scan to pay for my orders and apparently “this location” doesn’t use points (and i swear they overcharge every single time). My matcha tea latte had clumps of matcha powder at the bottom of the cup and clumps throughout the cup. If you order here, do yourself a favor and get the simplest “no brainer” drink possible. Just get a black coffee.
They were closed Saturday when we arrived before 2pm (were supposed to work, of course). The next day morning, at least three people were working, coffee was fine. No order by app at this location, pay by app is working.

The last time I was here they gave a discount on refill for reusing cup but they wouldn’t this time, the employee was very rude!
