The employees where rude and they got my order wrong

One Employee Tells Me It's Only Open On WeekEnds. Another. Said It Depends On Who Shows Up. AND The Tyme It Closes Is 12Pm At Noon Not 2pm. YOU Need To Change Your Service Tymes. OR Tymes Open. BECUS The Website Says. 6Am To 2PM. And I Work At The Casinos. So If TheEmployees Get To Pick Their Hours. ? Then Perhaps I Need To Work There.

As a frequent visitor of this casino, this Starbucks staff is the WORST. The staff is beyond rude, unprofessional, and just has zero customer service whatsoever. One younger girl that was refilling syrups and sauces was the sweetest and always is-bc she barely says a word. The heavyset black woman is just outright rude and has the nastiest attitude ever. The other black woman-you can at least have a conversation with her, but she’s not the most polite either. If you don’t want to talk to people and interact with customers, then you probably shouldn’t be working at a Starbucks of all places. I always use my Starbucks app to scan to pay for my orders and apparently “this location” doesn’t use points (and i swear they overcharge every single time). My matcha tea latte had clumps of matcha powder at the bottom of the cup and clumps throughout the cup. If you order here, do yourself a favor and get the simplest “no brainer” drink possible. Just get a black coffee.

They were closed Saturday when we arrived before 2pm (were supposed to work, of course). The next day morning, at least three people were working, coffee was fine. No order by app at this location, pay by app is working.

The last time I was here they gave a discount on refill for reusing cup but they wouldn’t this time, the employee was very rude!

Customer service could be a lot better. It’s the short fat one, the black girl. Was very rude. I wanted to ask her if she was okay because she really could have stayed home if she didn’t want to do the job SHE applied for!

Staff is what is really bad. Unorganized and not friendly. I'm a very regular customer at this location. Maybe 1 out of 10 visits are ok. Otherwise expect a terrible experience. Unfortunately its the only coffee shop in the hotel.

Outstanding place and great service. They even service my service animal with a puppy cup and he loves them. This Starbuck ranks number one in my book and also the service I received was and always great from this Starbuck inside of Horseshoe casino. Thank you so much, I really felt comfortable.
