They do not even know how to operate the QR code scanner so I wasn’t able to use my Mobile App to earn Points and use my rewards money. Unacceptable

Food was horrible, bread had to have been 3 days old. No CO2 so all of the drinks were flat. My chips were good. Inside the gas station and the radio was as loud as it would go. Tables were broken down, staff just sits behind counter and waits.

Customer service is real terrible. The young lady comes to fix your sandwich wont ask “Can I help you or nothing. I visit on 10/22/24 and i ask the young lady to put regular mustard and she put honey mustard. She would not change the sandwich. Needs to have a class on customer service.

I visited 10/5 Service was Awful again I got Philly cheese (No cheese or lettuce)The worker was Lazy,Nappy Hair Braids Not friendly asked for my order Then sit in the chair before even fixing it Went to back couple times..Didn't say anything While the other 2 workers Looking at me Crazy!!!finally another young lady fixed $12 + sandwich Not fit to eat The person who come after me Was served Before me A whole 30 Min Waste of Time & Money.Just a Whole Mess I also stopped 2 weeks ago Somewhat same vibe* used to love stopping when I come to town No More Until I see a whole New Crew The phone number on receipt None Working
