I placed an online order at night because they are 24hrs. I tried calling up there forst but theor phone does not work so I just chanced it. It turned out they were but I did not say that on the app. They still charged my order for $30 and without an option to cancel I figured I would just go back up there. The first time I went up there they said I would have to come back when a Manger was there so I did. The second I talked to a manager and she told me that she would have to contact the owner so she could go back and refund me. I didn't hear anything for a week so I went back up there and she said she talked to the owner and they would take care of it. They have not and it had been about a month and a half. I offered to leave my number or email but she said they already had it. If you do go here go in person. There is no way to check if they are open because the app is wrong and there is no way to call them because their phones do not work. I do not like to leave bad reviews but taking my $30 and not giving me my food or a refund is just unacceptable.

Slow service couldn't see them preparing my food they have a metal cover door covering up the meat which is great from flying insects but it should be clear for customers

The build-your-own part in the description isn't what I'd say my experience was. Ordered a Boss because we were told they wouldn't make a pizza sub.. the boss is a pizza sub minus the actual meatballs. The comment was made they couldn't change the sandwich.. terrible customer service. To boot the lack of desire to make my sandwich .. they oversauced it to make it messy.
Love going here the staff is always friendly and it's always a quick in-and-out even though there is a wait

Our experience last night was the worse experience we have ever had in 30 something years of eating at subway. These ladies refused to fix a pizza we ordered that we previously ordered before. We asked them if they could put meatballs,pepperoni, and bacon on the pizza. One young girl said now that’s not something we’re going to do, we’re not going to cut up no meatballs to put on the pizza and that they never heard of that. We mentioned that we was willing to pay extra and both these young girls still refused to accommodate our needs. These girls at this store need alot more training because the service was horrible!! This store got one star because there was no option for zero! This happened 7/6/2023 around 830pm!
