“New Year’s Day 2025 I visited Cracker Barrel in Tupelo ms, the young lady that was trying to serve us couldn’t stay on top of our order , wasn’t eager to assist us and had a melt down and walked into the kitchen; of course at that moment the manager was requested. First another server approached the table and said “ we apologize for this incident , the manager says she will be right with you and the waitress and your ticket will be taken care of . The manager came and replace my party with fresh food hot from the kitchen the manager and the rest of the team stepped in and completely and professionally turned that situation into and lovely respected experience , I would love to thank Cracker Barrel for how they handled the situation in such a elegant manor , I purchase a clothing item in the way out to show give back thanks . The food was great the service was justified the experience is everything . I love the shopping gallery and the effort to bring there customers service and a warm down home feeling THANK YOU“

“I stopped here with my wife on a road trip, traveling I22. She found it on Google Maps. Parked in a space on the Square. The entrance is in an alley. A customer was sitting alone at a table outside. I asked him about the food. He responded, "It's the best burger in North Mississippi." I have no evidence to the contrary. We each had a burger. They were generously sized and delicious. When passing by Tupelo, I'd eat here again without reservation. They have a nice atmosphere as well. Service also very good.“

“Wife and I ordered the chicken salad sandwich and just chicken salad we also ordered the grape salad. The grape salad picture I've see on here didn't match my order. Sad it didn't but it was good. The croissant was a good choice as bread. I forgot to give a picture of our order but I have a receipt. I can share that but maybe not. I didn't know of this place. I don't eat at many food places. I'll eat there again. Gates wants to create fake chicken meat. I Will not eat that kind of meat. They use real chicken they said. Don't eat McDonald's or Wendy or taco bell no sonic or Jack's, burger king no good either. I feel eating here is healthier than those places. Maybe one day I can sit here and share a meal together with anyone willing to eat here. Do you worry about human DNA in your food too???“

“Went here last night with my son and husband for my husband's birthday. This was our first visit here. The food and service was great. My son had the creole pasta, ( he enjoyed it!) I had the blackened catfish.. awesome! and my husband had the filet ( medium rare, cooked perfectly and tender) bread is really good! Great cesar salad, skillet corn was good too! Hubby had creme Brule for his birthday dessert and throughly enjoyed it. My son had the chocolate lava cake and ate every bite. Great service, continual water glass refills, stopped several times to see if we needed anything. We'll be back.🙂“

“my husband and I ate at the Tupelo Restaurant on Thursday June 13, and I just want to give a huge compliment to our waiter, Preston, he was the nicest and most courteous waiter we have ever had. he was professional in every way. he made sure everything was okay and kept checking in with us and our meal was excellent“
