Worst subway in ms. They're slow, rude, and they never have anything in stock. Definitely never place an online order, you'll wait hours for it to be done, and it'll either be cold, or they didn't have what you ordered. Go to the heidelberg subway if youre really craving it

Worst subway I've ever been to. Girl working tonight is rude & don't know how to follow instructions. Ordered & paid for our food through the app. Get there they don't have what we ordered,out of everything then told the only stuff they have is tuna & cold cut & they don't even have all the meat to make an actual cold cut. Wanted it just like I ordered my other sandwich. Get home it's not cut, no mayo or anything, olives on it & didn't want olives. It was take what they have or have to wait 24 hours for the money to be added back onto my card. Ridiculous. This use to be my favorite location but not anymore. Been going downhill for a while now. Only went here because I had a coupon & the other location wouldn't take it. Close down the sandersville location not worth going to.

I placed a mobile order at 12:26. It said it would be ready by 12:45. It came time to go pick it up and there was nothing on the mobile order rack. They had one person working. The two guys checking out walked up to me and told me they had been there for over an hour. The girl didn't even speak to me when I told her that I had an order that said it was ready for pickup. I don't have over an hour to wait on a sandwhich, that wouldn't take 10 min to fix. Not to mention they were not busy at all! 0/10 experience, food, and service.

My dad and I ate here today and while the food tasted decent...I couldn't enjoy the meal for having to pay as much as we did...it shouldn't cost 30 bucks for two wraps. (29.81) I ordered, literally, the exact same wrap as my dad, with the exact same things in it and was charged $2.10 more because I had garlic aioli sauce.

I think this might have been the only restaurant open when we rolled into this little town. Food was typical Subway. The girl who made our food was wonderful. Very personal and funny. Glad she was out sandwich maker.

Equipment has been down for quite some time,
The app would not complete my order so we went to the store instead, app was still open so the "artist" could see the code. Instead, they would not make a $4 discount to make a customer happy. So my son got the last Subway sandwich he will get while with me and I will not go back.If you won't give up $4 for a customer using a frequent-use app to save a little bit of money, then I will delete the app and never darken Subway's doors again.It's called customer SERVICE...On top of that, to use the receipt for a survey, you go to a page that gives you a list of apps to install before enabling text for the survey - obviously the company doesn't care what you think - just hand in your money and leave

I was sick for two entire days after eating here the last time.
Always out of steak, well mostly always out of everything! Veggies sometimes look frost bit.
I had visions of Jarrod wanting to handle my meat. Buns made from door mats . No Thanks.
