Good service , terrible food. New ownership is ruining this place.
The food was terrible. But our waitress did a great job of keeping our drinks filled
Honestly doesn’t feel like a restaurant at all more of a bar. We came out to watch fireworks & was recommended to come here for food! It was about a two hour wait for a table … so we decided to get it to go so we could go out & set up for fireworks! I was in the line at the bar for order to go…. Stood there for a good 25 minutes, no one acknowledged me, finally a cop came in there & wanted to go… the general manager takes his… so I went to him & was going to finally order… nope he told me he doesn’t take orders & the cops food was free.. so he went on & took his. Great. went to the other bartender by the pier side… she had attitude immediately & said she would have to check to see if their taking to go orders bc now it was 2 hr wait… smh. I just turned around & walked out. Yall really need to get a system bc that ain’t it. I’m a shift lead at a restaurant in Oxford & could do laps around you all. Every customer no matter how busy we get seen & waited on. Every customer means something to us. Prepare when it’s going to be busy.. general manager was just sitting there & staring at everyone… how much is he getting paid to stand there?? Insane.
Service wasn't the best but the food was good, and the music is why I will definitely go back singer Donald Ward and cousin Ben were worth it!
This was my first visit while visiting family in Batesville. We spent a wonderful afternoon on the deck enjoying cocktails and appetizers. I'm looking forward to my next visit.
If you’re ever around Sardis reservoir in N Miss. You may want to check out this place adjacent to the marina. Decent food. Very young seasonal staff. But a great location w view of the lake. Live music from time to time.
I asked for extra cucumbers on my salad and was told they were too busy to do that.
Great food, fun atmosphere and so far service has been amazing
Place is meh. Over priced, couldn’t seat my family together because “tables belonged to multiple servers”. Place was a let down
Drove 30 miles to eat here for my birthday and they ain’t open!! Need to post on their website THEY are CLOSED!!

Ate here Sunday 9/29. The bill does not have the same prices and the menu. Two beers on the menu are $12.00 and listed at $12.40 on the tab, before tax. Every item on the tab was higher with strange pricing like $16.47 for a wrap. Waitress nor bartender could not explain. No explanation and no offer to adjust.

Heard about Rafters at the Ole Miss football game. We decided to try it out on the way back home. It did not disappoint. Good food. My wife had the chicken salad sandwich with potato salad and I went with shrimp poboy. All was very good. The French bread for the poboy was perfect. The potato salad stood out. But the atmosphere on the lake combined with the friendly, attentive staff is why Rafters is a must, relaxing visit.
