We just got into town and tried going to another local restaurant. A lot of issues at this attempt. Called The Pier and they stated they would seat us! Very friendly staff with our table ready when we arrived 10 mins later. Our waitress (can't remember her name - evening of 8/5) and Catherine (the bartender) were cheerful and took good care of our group of 12 (6 adults and 6 kids). Just let me say that Ashley was a wonderful lady to work with. We had a party of an undetermined number coming, and it did not fluster her at all.
