Poor service 2 people here other than me and I have been here almost an hour and have only seen the bartender one time and I have to ask her to fix me a drink and took her another 10 mins to fix it worst Applebee's I have ever been to and will never be back and trust me I spend alot of money at Applebee's just ask my wife like me alone my drinks and food is anywhere from 150 to 200 everytime

I have been here to this location in Senatobia 3 times and it gets worse every time. The service was ok the food was good but they were out of the first 2 things that I wanted to order. I ordered a alcoholic beverage and 30 minutes later it still wasn’t at my table. This is a black eye for Applebee’s. I won’t be back if I can help it!

Slop, mostly a good amount of the time. Fries look like they are cooked in dirty grease. Wait staff gives friendly service most of the time. The front door is down right dirty with some sort of white staining on the metal part with window glass that seems rarely to get a good cleaning. I just pray over my food since that door is a big turn off for me.

Group of 7 seated quickly but took 25 minutes to get our drink order. Poor waitress was serving the whole restaurant I think. She was doing what she could. Sign on the door says hiring. The 2 hostesses should have been helping with drink refills instead of standing around. Took another 15-20 to order our food. The food did come out quickly, surprisingly! It was good food and it was accurate. Wouldn't have stayed and waited that long typically but we had 2 hours to kill. It took that long too since it took 25 minutes to get our check to pay! Not blaming the waitress as I think she had 15 tables, but the hostess shouldn't sit people when no one can take care of them. I hope they get some help soon!

The waitress was nice. She took our order and got our drinks. It took a while to get a refill. Ordered the queso and chips; chips were stale. When she brought out food, we told her and she ordered us more. My chicken was good, but the everything else was not. The 4 cheese Mac and cheese was watery with no taste. My child’s meal literally had 7 fries. My husband didn’t even eat his meal. We paid the full bill and didn’t say anything other than the appetizer. Wish it’d been better.

The service is so slow. Be prepared to be there a long time. Food isn't cooked fresh. Was told everything comes in already cooked and they just warm it up. Didn't believe it at first but everytime I go or order out my food is always cold or not made right.
MULTIPLE complaints of my doordash customers having missing items in there bag upon delivery. The lady stated WE need to be checking their bags? Mam Applebee's does NOT pay me! YOUR job is to make sure ALL items are delivered to customer! They got us MESSED up! This is upsetting!

Was not busy at all. I had to eat entire meal without a refill on my drink. Our waitress never even came and checked on us. She was to busy on her phone and talking with the bartender. Definitely will not be back to this location. I honestly don't know they stay open.

We stopped in for a quick lunch. The server was attentive and the service was as fast as I would expect. The food was good and is what I remember from the last time I visited an Applebee's years ago.
The restaurant condition is a little rough and could use some updating and reconditioning.
