Gregory was the best he is the reason this place needs to stay open. He drives 45 minutes to work and I am happy to have met a good soul. I don’t think it’s management I think it’s the owners that have made it difficult for the employees, I received plastic silverware like there was a tornado in the area and the water was out. Did the dishwasher quit mid shift? Owners of franchise please give the necessary support to these managers.

I was going to go into detail about my experience, but it would be way too much to type. This was the worst dining experience I have ever had in my life. From the sticky table to the awful service. I will never come here again. Our bill was $70, and I should have just walked out in the very beginning.

I stopped in to pick my dad a takeout meal. The woman that took my order(I think her name is Michelle) was absolutely wonderful. Sevice was fast and efficient. Dad enjoyed his meal too.

Applebee's need to close the doors. The food was horrible, bourbon chicken and shrimp was nasty and i ordered mac and cheese with mozzarella sticks for my grand child the mac and cheese looked like a 59 cent box from Walmart. No one is here and stuff in the back loud and our server haven't been back to see if we need refill or nothing. Then come bringing the check. If i could rate zero stars i would. I will never come back here and from the look of it i am not the only person feel this way.
A total of 4 tables were occupied and we waited over 20 minutes before anyone stopped by. Then was told by the manager on duty that she was being pulled in 20 different directions. We were there an hour before we got food, bacon was raw, cheese on the burger was ice cold. The only positive was the hostess was very polite. Everyone else spent time hanging out and gossiping, instead of taking care of the guests. I wish I could give negative stars.

I’ve been eating lunch at the Applebees in Senatobia at least once a month for the last three years. Every time I’m in town on business. The service was never bad and the food was always good but the cleanliness of the restaurant has steadily declined. I walked in today at 11 a.m. and only stayed a few minutes before leaving because the entire restaurant was nasty and smelled. I give up. O more.

When I walked in the sign says wait to be seated. I waited by the hostess desk for 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me, although there were employees coming and going. They are seriously understaffed and the staff that they do have are not trained properly.

Waited forever....ordered an appetizer, turns out that order was never placed. My kids corndog was raw, my salad had literally a whole container of dressing, the chicken was cold in the middle, probably the worst meal I have ever received at any restaurant at anytime in my 50 years on this earth. Do not go here. The worst place to eat in Tate county.
