This place has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The sad part is the management team is the worst!! The night shift manager is a very unpleasant soul!! She is not a good fit for customer service!! I’ve contacted corporate once before regarding this same employee. Burger King will never get another dollar of mines!! Food is always OLD AND MICROWAVED!!

Lady’s at the front had an attitude about everything, they where out of the first 3 thing I ordered. No dipping sauces available but they still ask what kind of sauce you want. Employee was cussing out loud behind the register and very unprofessional

Waiting in line at drive thru for breakfast this morning for about 25 minutes.When I finally got my order I asked the manager there why it took so long to get my order she screamed that she was short of employee's and that I should get her some more employees. What kind of manager screamed at the costumers.she should be fired.That is my last visit to BK .

We ordered and waited in line for about 15-30 minutes it took so long we pull off. The woman in the place was running both windows.
Had breakfast this morning and as usual it was absolutely horrible. Had a sausage and biscuit and hash brown(tater rounds) The biscuit was burnt and the rubbery sausage had no taste whatsoever . The tater rounds were a mix between crunchy and raw. SMH
