I have eaten at a lot of captain restaurants. I like Captain D’S Resturant but with the one in Senatobia Mississippi. It’s got to be one of the worst one of the worst Captain D’s in the country, fish was hard and cold, macaroni, and cheese was cold, I got a baked potato and It was horrible. Service was horrible no silverware. I’m just telling you they will never ever be another one from Senatobia, Mississippi, that I will set my foot in. this place was terrible.

So today 7/31/2025 I place and order to go. When I got home the slaw was sour and the crab is just horrible and old. I tried to call several times the first 3 if just rang. When I called back a 4th time it kept going to a voicemail.

The workers are severely overworked. I waited in line for 30 mins. With only 1 car ahead of me. The only 2 ladies working were very nice but they need raises in my opinion. Food was great and hot but again. They need more people
The food was not cooked well. The fish was raw and slaw was old. No tarter sauce, ketchup, or cocktail sauce. Dispensers were empty. Fountain drink machine did not work. Awful experience for $35.70. We will not go back!!

I usually love captain d's but this time was absolutely terrible! New management? Short staffed ? Incompetent mgmt, staff? I don't know. They weren't busy but out of hush puppies, out of ranch, out of dr pepper, out of ketchup in condiments, nasty slimy lemons, have to give you ice bc machine broke, ordered fried pickles and they were so bad I can't believe they actually served them! Portions were surprisingly skimpy, mac n cheese from yesterday? Ant to top it all off, a roach literally crawled under our table! So sad to cross this favorite place off our go to list.

This is the 3rd time i have tried this Captain D's .1st time night manager had a very bad attitude .i took it as a bad Friday night .They were out of all the side i ask for and also chicken tenders.2nd time again waited 35 mins for food out of sides and chicken tenders it alsi was a Friday night.3rd time as always same manager im not sure she is happy with her job. I ordered 5 meals last night no sides what sides i could get mac and cheese was so runny it mixed up in with my fish and other sides.It is very limited what you can and can't get when you go at night exspecially Friday nights and again as always no chicken tenders .There is some much more i could say about night crew there .Some of us got fish that was not fully cooked and half raw hush puppies . I think i need to find other location for fish this seems to not be the placedays always has everything and crew and manager is hands on
