the dunkin in senatobia is usually very good and polite and makes my drinks just right. however, there have been multiple occurrences where, upon pulling up to the drive thru with a mobile order, they’ve taken my order and after i say my order, there’s just radio silence for about five minutes. no “just a moment”, no “pull up to the window”, absolutely nothing. i pulled up to the window anyways after sitting for five minutes hearing nothing and i have currently been sitting at the window for almost ten minutes and no one has even come up to the window. if i didn’t have a mobile order that i’d already paid for i would’ve left by now. absolutely ridiculous.
edit: i decided to try to go in and they apparently closed early, which is insane cause i was answered at the drive thru. i expect a refund through the app and will be contacting corporate if i do not get one. this is unacceptable.
