I'm not the person who typically complains, however (my first time ordering something ) I did a call in to go order over the phone, and my 18-piece Wing only was not ready for another 30 minutes after I pay for my order when I got there. My wings was overcooked /dark and tasted old. Considering that I live so close, I was hoping that my wings would have been fairly good. What a disappointment

Great food but horrible customer service. Woman at the counter was ignoring customers and when another woman rounded the corner and asked her if she had taken the orders she laughed and said “hell no”. She was also rude when we returned to pick up our order making snarky comments and saying we never placed an order after we payed $70.
Food is great! Not the fastest service but if you’re not in a hurry definitely stop by because their wings are great.

Hotwangz though, they went ABOVE and BEYOND! They remade my order, made sure it was delivered, and made sure I had a dang good HOT MEAL tonight! Hotwangz, YOU THE BEST!

Best Jamaican jerk chicken wings I've ever had. Cajun wings were delicious. My only minor complaint: if you call something "liquid hell," it should make me sweat, cry, and possibly melt my face. Really good flavor; but, the heat was underwhelming. Still, fantastic wings.
