I'm not the person who typically complains, however (my first time ordering something ) I did a call in to go order over the phone, and my 18-piece Wing only was not ready for another 30 minutes after I pay for my order when I got there. My wings was overcooked /dark and tasted old. Considering that I live so close, I was hoping that my wings would have been fairly good. What a disappointment

Went to eat yesterday after hearing such great things. This place did not disappoint!! Wings were excellent!! My husband had a burger and fries. Yes, I had to try it too! Too good! Will return soon!
Great food but horrible customer service. Woman at the counter was ignoring customers and when another woman rounded the corner and asked her if she had taken the orders she laughed and said “hell no”. She was also rude when we returned to pick up our order making snarky comments and saying we never placed an order after we payed $70.

I have to give a shout out to the very on, HOTWANGZ! I placed a doordash order tonight, to eventually find out the original doordash delivery driver STOLE my food. Hotwangz though, they went ABOVE and BEYOND! They remade my order, made sure it was delivered, and made sure I had a dang good HOT MEAL tonight! Hotwangz, YOU THE BEST!
