I went through there drive through today to order some chicken livers, which is a special for today. I was asked if I was I willing to wait five minutes and I said yes. It ended up taking 20 minutes to get my order. I finally went in to get the food and was told the wait was so long because so many people were ordering them. There was literally only myself and one person in front of me when I ordered livers. KFC, you might want to consider shutting this one down. It appears that you guys are, cooking the food as people place their orders.

Often this kfc is out of so much like gravy, crispy chicken, biscuits, etc please be prepared You couldn’t understand the guy they had on the drive thru speaker but he was nice at the window; still had trouble understanding him even face to face;

Where I live at we don't have a KFC I was excited to pick up a bucket of KFC this past Saturday July 13th I was so disappointed what has happened to the taste of KFC chicken needless to say I was very disappointed in this chicken I can see why it's losing its ground in the chicken business that KFC sucks

I Ordered a 3 piece dark & they legit tried to give me a half done breast , a thigh & a wing! That alll look half done! Asked for a refund it took 10 mins for the big lady in the red shirt that couldn’t button down to refund something that was 7.61$ instead of 13.40 $ cause I got a 3 meal not the little bucket deals! I asked for my refund receipt & she told me shouldn’t give it to me? Sounds pretty dumb to me especially me seeing her refund a lesser amount ! Of course I’ve contacted my bank but I’ll have to wait 5 days just to make sure I get my REAL AMOUNT OF MY REFUND!! This KFC ISNT THE PLACE TO STOP BY I WISHED I COULD CALL CORP BUT ONCE AGAIN THE BIG LADY IN THE RED HALF BUTTON DOWN DIDNT GIVE ME MY REFUND RECEIPT.

Absolutely horrible food got home realized the garbage I had just bought threw it away and just made a sandwich DON'T waste your good money or time at the Senatobia mississippi KFC!! I should have known something wasn't right at 7 pm on a Sunday evening not a single vehicle much less a customer inside outside or the drive through !!

I wanted crispy chicken and the FSW said there would be a wait. I asked if there would be a wait for original and she said, no so I ordered original. I get to the window, pay, them I'm told to pull around front to guess what, WAIT!!! I pull around and after 10 min of waiting I went inside for a refund to be told that they still didn't have a variety of original so I took what they had. I also ordered a bowl, saw the FSW making a bowl, but she did not put it in my bag. So I had to return to the store which I did not have time to to collect the rest of my order. Icing on the cake here, no utensils nor napkins!! And it wasn't even busy. I called to say I was coming back. The only thing the FSW had to say was we tried to stop you, but you were going too fast. So if I was rude, I apologize.I stated I did not want to wait and would have rather you had respected that rather than take my money, make me wait, and then mess up my order.
This was the must unsanitary KFC I have ever visited. There is months of lint and grease under the cookers and tables in the kitchen area. I tried three different sodas and they all did not taste like they were supposed to. when we received our food the chicken tenders were tiny like they had been cut in half. The mashed potatoes and gravy were so old the gravy was coagulated. I will not stop here again.

Ordered 3 meal deals. Only received 2 and one of those was wrong (ordered two-piece white, Received two-piece dark. One meal missing completely. Called KFC customer service and reported issue providing credit card information for charge as proof. It's been a week and not even an knowledgement from corporate.

35 minutes for a wait on food. Only 3 people in the restaurant. No cars in the parking lot. 1 car in drive through. As a truck driver I thought it would be a quick easy stop. No Mac and cheese. 20 min wait for that. 10 minutes later still waiting for our meal and was told no more original recipe. That's the only kind we ordered. It would be 12 minutes. 13 minutes later still no food. Another customer enters and he gives them Mac and cheese with their order. Wait 5 more minutes and by that time I told them to just give me the original recipe and Mac and cheese. Store was dirty. No soap or toilet paper in the bathroom. There was on employee on break trying to eat his dinner. He finished his break and went back and was doing everything trying to hustle and get it together the back. While the other ones just stood around waiting on timers to go off. I filled out the satisfaction survey and no big surprise that nobody has tried to contact me.
