Pizza was over cooked and the cheese puffs were burnt. The previous order was also over cooked/ burnt. These orders were placed a week apart.

WORST SERVICE EVER. The workers are SO rude! They hand orders out to ANYONE without reading the receipt. We waited almost 2 hours for 4 pizzas.

I had ordered a pizza right around 1:30pm wife picked it up around 2:00pm did not have what I requested on it . They charged me extra. I called back to see if I can get reimbursed of pizza that I wanted and the manager Abby refused to satisfy my request and mocked me as a customer over phone very disappointed in this little Caesars Will never go back to it again. I will buy a pizza from Walmart before I do that.

I recently had a disappointing experience at this store, which highlighted a concerning lack of professionalism and customer service. During my visit, I was informed by Scarlett a sales associate, along with Jack, a shift lead, that Abby was not in the store. However, my mother was there at the same time and confirmed that Abby was indeed present. When I brought this to their attention, Abby attempted to mislead me as well.

This level of dishonesty among the management is troubling and speaks volumes about the overall culture of this location. It's no surprise that they often struggle with staffing and low sales; the lack of effective management skills is evident. If a manager is willing to lie about their presence in the store, it's reasonable to question their honesty regarding sales figures and food loss reported to the general manager or district manager.

Ultimately, this establishment's issues are not merely about competition; they stem from poor customer service, inadequate management, and a lack of hospitality. Unfortunately, these shortcomings drive customers to choose competitors over this store, even when there are sales.

I hope this feedback encourages the management to reflect on their practices and make necessary changes to improve the overall customer experience.

Poor customer service from the Mgr/Gm per the girl at the window.

I ordered a pizza arrived to pick it up only to receive what I didn't order. I told the girl at the window what i had ordered she said she will make it over i asked for a discount because i really didn't have time to wait again. That is why people places their orders before arriving, so we want have to wait. I asked for the manager the girl said she's the manager I asked for the Gm info she said she's that too. Very rude unpleasant person to be a manager period, unprofessional all around, inconsiderate of others feelings, and position for one if it wasn't for the customers like myself,
she would be out of a job and in line somewhere trying to draw unemployment compensation.

Called in an order tonight 4/23 and the guy on the phone was courteous and my pizza was ready when I pulled up and perfect. The girl at the checkout was friendly too. In a world full of bad service and bad attitudes, it was a refreshing change.
